Do not work for Ultius. They are a dishonest and an un reputable company. I completed the training and had one customer complaint in two months. They never wanted to hear my side and accused me of things I did not do. To make matters worse, they do not pay you and will never follow their policies and procedures. Melissa Batten is the ring leader of this circus and lies to the writers all the time. For anyone who is honest, please move onto another job. You will be glad you did.
