Went to UMC in May 2014; found a 2001 Honda Accord. We pulled the car report and no listings of problems or accidents. As soon as we purchased the vehicle, the next day problems started happening.
The right passenger window would not automatically ROLL DOWN, next oil was dripping and leaking from the car, we could not get the proper car tag and each month we have to get a temporary decal with no tag in sight.
Now the headlights are defective, faulty and could possibly electrocute & shock me and my family if we replace them.
WHen I called today 9/10/14@ 11:53a the owner who tries to intimidate most of the clients stated he would do nothing and it is what it is.
Since the commencement of doing business with this establishment it has been very dispicable, deplorable, and unsatisfactory in terms of the quality of service and repairs given.
PLEASE BE ADVISED this business is poor and no one should do business with UNITED MOTOR CARS INC located in Conyers, GA at all.
