I'm reporting them to the Attorney General in their state and in mine, Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Center. Do not be scared of these people they CAN NOT do anything to you. Collection agencies can NOT file criminal charges against you in any court in the world let alone in the United States. By using the call letters URG they think they are being smart but what they are really doing is breaking the law even by doing that. They have to disclose the name of the company.
I have the best call with them recorded and being forwarded to every agency. To start they call me at 7:22 am which is a big NO NO. 2nd the collector was stupid enough to not disclose the real name of the company. 3rd and my personal favorite she was extra stupid when she used profanity while trying to collect a debt. Everybody reading this should know you have rights, do a google search for the rules they have to abide by search FTCPA rules and practices.
If you receive a call from URG or 1-855-806-5601 educate yourselves with the collection laws before calling them back. The one thing a collector hates more than anything is a consumer well versed in FTCPA rules it's really fun and will give you the chance to irritate them for a change. Tell them your recording the call as well you will be amazed at the attitude change of that once threatening collector.
