Signed docs for new pool on feb 6 2014 and here it is jun 17 2014 and no end in sight for pool to be completed. Endless phone calls and texts to owner, superintendant and foreman with no results. Never ending excuses with no results. Litigation in the near future. Un authorized withdrawals for work not done and withdrawals from account before sublet work is done. 3 notices of intent to put a lein on property with a mechanics lein started on jun 13 2014. They do not pay their contractors on time and if ever. Material contractor has them on COD for 3 previous jobs not payed for. Rumor of IRS problems coming soon. Need i say more? Call some one else for any pool work needed...
