Called to set up an appt to have ac looked at--that took 15 minutes to schedule appt for next day. 40 minutes later--get a call from their service--CONFIRMING the appt for next day--20 minutes later--got a call from their tech---saying they wanted to cancel----and reschedule for the next week
--This company advertises--"-FAST Service"-----Are you kidding me..the tech was RUDE and said my problems weren't important enough to come out the next day...(even though my AC unit was failing...so I .filed a report with the Better Business Bureau..BBB--Case #90256252--
One-week later Universal agrees thru the BBB to settle the complaint by coming out and doing the work for free---I never hear from them--again BAIT AND SWITCH---I call customer service--they have no idea who I am or w2hqat this is aqbout--no one returns my multiple calls..
I file a 2nd complaint with BBB--immediately I get a phone from a customer service agent--to set up an appt--but now he says he has to charge me--again BAIT AND SWITCH---Improper and False ads and sale practices and Customer Service--I will file a permanent complaint with BBB this time
--Company is a poor excuse and proves why our economy is failing...
