every time i make a payment some woman by yhe name of moesha calls me daily about my next payment, seems this place employees a bunch of hood rats to harass people that never miss a damn payment, im sick of her and us auto credit.
I called us auto credit to confirm that my next payment was my last. I was informed that i had accured over $200 in additional interest due to extra interest charged DAILY on every payment that was not received by the due date. the truth in lending disclosure in my contract calls for a late payment fee of $6.00 or .5% of the payment which ever is less. in my state any fee imposed that is not disclosed in the contract is a violation of the law as well as federal law. sec 808 15usc(1692f). these people have nerve and prey on people who won't stand up to them. I intend to do just that and i'm sure i'm not the only borrower this has happened to.
