First OFF I must say I am a Soldier in The United States Army. ON May 27, 2015 My husband and I purchased cookware from this company from a sales person named Amelia Valley. At the Post Exchange here in Fort bragg, NC I used my military stard car to purchase a set of pots which came out to be exactly $641.99 I dont have 641.99 just to be giving away like that. well we got 4 of the set of 12 pots from her on 27, May 2015 the rest of the pots were to ship to our home. still havent seen or heard from these people. Here it is June 25, 2015 still have not reeived my pots. My Hubby and I have called these people numerous time only to kept getting voice mails left several messages no one returns our calls. At this point I dont know what else to do no one is picking up the telephone. dont even bother to respond to your emails. here are the telephone numbes 18004253726 17278533355 17012976990 they also go by the name of BERGHOFF. I dont recieved my pots My husband and I will be taking legal actions against this company.
