We originally called this company to schedule 20 preset appointments for final expense life insurance. Each appointment cost $29, making the total paid to this company $580.

We were able to reach the "home office" each time prior to paying and spoke with Monica Potter, the same as the fellow below did. She explained the process and made us feel confident in the company. When the time came to receive the emails listing our appts, there was only one appointment listed instead of 6. The next day, we received 2 instead of 6. No more appts were ever received, making it a total of 3 that we received out of 20. At this point, we are unable to get in touch with Monica from any 843 area code number, as they definitely have caller ID and use it wisely. We sent multiple emails to Brett Thompson and Mike Simpson with not the first response.

Today, I called the # listed on their site and my call got through to Monica. I allowed her to explain to me again how the process worked and asked her what we do in the event of an order not being filled fully. I told her exactly what happened to us, and she very promptly hung up on me.

Please do not ever order from this company. In fact, if anyone has any way of contacting them, we would greatly appreciate our $500+ returned to us. These people are exactly what is wrong with the world today. Absolute theives.

US LEADS WORLD - SCAM

Monica Potter is a Scam artist. I never got any of the leads I paid for. I am planning on filing a lawsuit against them. I found an attorney willing to take it on. Who is in?

I contacted us leads to set telephone leads for final expenses. I didn't check to see if the company was a scam the website looked great, I spoke with Monica Potter and she sold a great lie. My story is just like others. I sent them a pre payment by check and that was to start the process for generating my leads everyday for 3:00 telephone appointments. The first lead I received was for a prospect in North Carolina. I live in Texas. I thought OK the filters must be off. I sent an email to both Monica Potter and Brett Thompson. I was given a credit and I assumed the filter would be adjusted for my requested territory, but no again I received another lead for North Carolina. I called and spoke with Monica and she stated she would get the problem resolved. A few days later again I get another lead for North Carolina. I am mad at this point. I emailed both Monica and Brett again and did not get a reply. I called them, but it appears they have caller ID to recognize who is calling and know that it's a problem call. I took a different approach and called from my cell number Monica Potter answered because she thought it was a new customer. When she realized I caught her she responded with a slick mouth because she knew she could hide behind the phone. Monica said she would call back in one hour she never did and I had a gut feeling I wouldn't hear from her plus she added my cell number to my profile to make sure she does not answer because she knows and everyone at that company knows they are not going to send any money back. I have to assume all of the staff who works there must be related. I can't beleive anyone would take a job knowing they are scamming daily and have to walk out of their office never knowing what angry scammed customer may roll up on them. They are living dangerously with this type of business model. I would advise anyone reading this to not send a single check to them because you will get only bad leads, and join the ranks of you got scammed. This was a lesson well learned! If anyone files a suit and want me validate their scam profile. Reply and I am all in. I have noticed that I am one of two Texas agents who have sent money to them. The others appear to be out of state. Stay away! Stay away! Alert your business circles otherwise Monica will continue pocketing your money.

I called this company back in August 2014 and spoke with Monica Potter the sales Manager. I am an Insurance Agent and wanted to buy qualified Insurance appointments with seniors from this company, US Leads World.

Monica said that they would provide me with 20 qualified appointments with seniors for $680. A few of the qualifications were that the person would have to agree to the appointment, be age 65 or older, have their Medicar Card, not have any other health insurance, etc.

So I mailed Monica a monmey order for $680 and waited for my appointments. The first few appointments did not qualify for one or more of the above reasons so I called Monica and told her that I wanted a credit. She refused and all the other so-called appointments did not qualify and I was unable to make one sale from these appointments. Some of the people said that they did not make an appointment. There is more to the story than this but just be warned should you come across this Scam Company.

They are Liars, Scammers, Cheaters, and will rob your money. Monica Potter is the worst of them all. She should be arrested and sent to jail for Fraud.

I am out $680 with nothing to show for it. Other agents have been scammed by Monica as well. The list is growing. Somebody stop these people. I am waiting for the FBI to call me back so they can investigate US Leads World and Monica Potter. I hope somebody stops them!

Read for yourself this is the letter sent to them on December 3 2014 and as of today no answer and their phone number is now disconnected. This explains why 1st payment must be money order/cashier's check

I have attached the original email that has the info and the script that should have been used to book my appointments. I paid for 20 appointments based on this script. Unfortunately, a script was substituted without my prior knowledge. The appointments that I received all had the same complaints that they did not make any appointments.

When I listened to the recordings I heard "Karen will come and visit with you" here in Georgia that is not an appointment. We do not use the term "visit you" here for appointments. I am also getting feedback that I called before going to the appointments. I started calling when I showed up to several appointment and was told they do not know what I am talking about or will not even answer the door even though I hear talking inside.

It is impossible for me to reach Monica or anyone else now that I have sent payment in. I had no problem communicating with her before. I spoke with her two to three times per day and now I have been trying to reach her since Monday December 1st to no avail.

I am not asking for much at all, I am simply asking for 20 booked appointments based on the script that was sent to me or a full refund of $580.

I was lucky enough to be skeptical of the company because they claim "they do not accept credit cards on first orders". Your credit card protects you Nationally and sometimes Internationally. There is fine print on their contract that says all arbitration has to be done in Collin County, TX which is probably a small town with one arbitrator who is a family member or something. Point being if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Stay away from anyone who will not let you pay with a credit card, if you voluntarily send them money via check or wire you've lost before you started.
