Im beyond frustrated. they stopped returned my calls after they sold my leads and the leads they sold me did not have numbers with matching names!! almost all of their leads were fake names with numbers. this place is a total rip off!!!

I got played for $1100. I'm having my lawyer involved as this is clearly a scam company. I gave them an opportunity to refund my money and got the run around. I should have read the reviews, it would have saved me a lot of time and money. I too lost 2 great reps from this bs.
The person above was referred to us by a Placement company to sell them leads to run an alarm campaign for them. She accused us of being part of some scam with the placement company, then accused us of of ripping her off because she never got paid for the 3 deals the placement company had collected from her. She not only closed 3 deals off the first batch of leads she purchased from us but she then purchased a second batch of leads as well. The placement company also ended up paying her out on her deals and the confusion was she didn't read her contract to see she would be paid Bi weekly and not weekly. After all said and done she demanded a refund from us even though the leads were exactly what she purchased. She informed us she closed 0 deals from our leads and the 3 deals she closed were from someone else's leads. At that point I contacted the placement company and got the info for the 3 deals she closed and confirmed they originated from the list we had sold her. I am all for helping any customers out but refuse to be lied to and strong armed for a refund. these same exact leads have been sold to over 100 customers for the last 3 years and we continue to get repeat business from those customers. Be aware of this scam artist who asked for an $1100 refund.
What a HORRIBLE untrustworthy company!!! Arash Boudaghi has cost our company tens of thousands of dollars. I truly believe that he sits in his office and creates lists of FAKE LEADS. We entrusted US Marketing with providing leads for our company.
Almost EVERY SINGLE TIME Arash sent us leads (which we had to wait days for, in hindsight it was probably because he was created FAKE, FRAUDULENT lists) we received THOUSANDS of duplicate leads. We have lost SEVERAL great staff members because the were unable to make an income based on the fake, incorrect and just plain s***** leads this company provided.
Our lead manager (Tony) even gave Arash the opportunity (not sure why because i would have NEVER EVER trusted him again) to replace the s***** leads he sold us. He never responded. So now, I am taking to social media to DEMAND our money ($2,400).
I will continue to post on every social media sit available until our money is returned.

They have been hitting on me to sign up for their services for months now. Finally got on the phone with a sales rep yesterday and it was VERY STRANGE.. He didn't seem to know the product, and made me feel like I was asking dumb questions. Dumb questions like, what is your average closing ratio, how do you get the leads, why does it take 2-3 DAYS to get the lead?? Very fishy. Glad I saw this post from you.
I am curious though, just because they had pretty good pricing for actual "prospect" leads. It sounds like you just bought a cold call list, have you tried their other service? Any better, worse?

I am beyond surprised to see the people leaving these comments about USM. I have been using USM and only USM for 7 years now. I will admit I have outsourced 3 or 4 times when the data availability isn't high enough, and learned from my mistake. I dont want to rave on and on about it but truly ppl, USM is a great company! Fast turn around, great customer service and QUALITY LEADS. Not sure what the other posts are about, made me laugh! I also have recommended USM to 3 other companies I know that have call centers. All are now using USM with no complaints!
Hands down best leads in the industry. If you read the post correctly some crazy employee wrote that bad review and the owner responded to it. I've been buying leads from Arash and Jared for over 5 years and have never had any issues. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a legit lead source.
I have been buying leads from U.S. Marketing for years & have referred dozens of customers & clients to them. Nobody has ever had a single complaint. Sure theres always 10-15% of the numbers might be disconnected or wrong #'s but they tell you that up front. Most of the times, they will give you extra leads to compensate you because they want you to succeed.
They can only survive on repeat customers & repeat business.
Arash & everyone over at U.S. Marketing deserves to be praised for their honesty, integrity & hard work delivering the freshest leads & most accurate data of any other lead company I have ever done business with. Give them a try & you won't regret it.
