Hı I have purchased a 2003 Caterpillar D8R dozer from USTF LAST April, 2013, Upon invoice recival my company had made the required full payment of 140.000.Dollars to USTF. When it comes to the shipment of the purchased unit , USTF had informed that the Unit is no more availabe, therefore, We asked for the full refund of 140.000.Dollars to be made.
Company had played delaying tactics and after 6 months of delay they have made refund of 95.000.dollars in total. 45.000.dollars remaning on USTF side. My attorneies in USA are now taking them to court for legal charges, JOHN FRİSEN AND GARY CHİLDS the company owners are now on run, They have closed their web site, disconnected phones in order not to be reached,
