DO NOT use this company! Some supposed attorney emails you, with her phone number she never answers or calls back. If you email her, the company saids it's not her email but theirs. When she called back after a week had past, she told me she me she was a divorce attorney, which had NOTHING to do with my situation. So I called the company & told him what type of case I had, and he was extremely nasty & rude, claiming they would match me with another attorney by the next day. It's been over two weeks now, and haven't heard from them. They also took money off my debit card for a purchase @ an SutoSavings place in Grandview. Mo. They illegally use your debit card.
This company is a huge ripoff, they provide u with no services, and not enough time to try it and then charge u $35 and then tell you there is no refunds, when u realize that they offer nothing but a phone number for a lawyer that never calls u back. customer service reps are rude, no access to supervisors, HUGE SCAM! Joined January 2015 for legal advice.
After they took fees in Feruary 2015 i called to stop service as i no longer needed them.
Took $34.95 in March called no answer
Took $34.95 Saturday April 2015 and i have to wait until business hours to speak with someone rearding this matter.
