I filled out all paperwork 15-Aug-2014 and told to expect 4-6 weeks for delivery. Nothing came. On 2-Oct company representatives stated the systems were down, and she must take the information manually, and had no access to look up records. I asked how long the systems had been down, and she said "August 12th". I said that seemed like a long time,
and she said "yes, it's pretty ridiculous".
Company claims "BBB Acredited Business", but BBB site says otherwise. Home page of website is blank. There's no contact information. The parent company USA Connect appears to use the USA Promotional Cards brand name as a shell. The company asks for significant personal data, with an unclear privacy policty.
