We purchased a $75 training session punch card from Utah Hustle for my son's Christmas present. We contacted Utah Hustle to schedule that training session. He said he had a connection to the local fitness centers; he was suppose to reserve some gym time and then contact us back with the time. He never contacted us back. I kept contacting him, but never got a response. A month later, he said he was having family issues. I asked to reschedule. We set up another day. He again said that he would reserve the gym time and contact us with the time. He never contacted us back, again. I told him I wanted a refund. He again said that he was having family issues. I told him I was sympathetic to his personal issues, but didn't understand why he couldn't contact me. It reflected poorly on his company and his personal motto. He told me to email him my mailing address and he would issue the refund check. I emailed him the address. After 2 months of waiting, I contacted him again. As of today, I have received no response back and no refund check. This guy is a hustler.
