Similar poor experience with V12 Performance

I ordered the intake system and some thermostat gaskets from what appeared to be a professional website. I immediately got a confirmation email stating that Brian was available by email or phone call. After a few weeks I sent Brian an email inquiring about the status of my order with no reply. I followed up with an multiple additional emails and phone calls. Yesterday I sent my final email with no reply. So I called my credit card company and explained what had happened and gave all of the information about Brian. They are going to investigate my claim but said it looked like I was ripped off. I bet Brian will return the credit card company's call and say the order is on the way and he doesn't understand what the claim is all about. Will update with results.

Thought I would have no problem with this seller. but i was wrong. Brian Welker. is a common new age criminal taking peoples money. He was very attentive when i was oredring part, and i felt confident I made a great purchase. well 3+ weeks later and not 1 word from the man even after 10 emails, phone, and text messages. $409.03 paid you would think He would try to be honest but nope, many people have complained on the Jaguar forum about missing items or just many months with no communication, and still waiting for their order. .

Got a nice email from Brian saying thanks for the order. Phoned and got the story that he is a one man outfit and things take time. Ha Ha.

That was in November 2014.

Now January 2015, will not answer phone calls or emails !!!

Draw your own conclusions as to whether he is a rip off artist or not. DO NOT order anything from this outfit !!

I bought some fuel lines from V12 Performance, spending several hundred dollars including a $200 core charge. I paid with Paypal. When nothing arrived for 3 weeks, I filed a Paypal dispute. Suddenly, the package was shipped. When it arrived, I ended the Paypal dispute. I installed the fuel lines, but he short-changed me on his fuel injection renew/repair kit as it didn't include enough parts. I returned the four other fuel lines on which he had a $50/line core charge. It has been nearly 4 weeks and I do not have my core deposit back. The USPS tracking number says they were delivered. Brian does not return my calls or emails over the past couple of weeks.
