I was invited by a marketing company to look at a new vacation membership program. I asked which one, and they told me Vacation Village Voyages; as well as explainging it IS NOT a time share. Before i went to the presentaion i did a little bit of research, after reading ALL the reports and comments ON THIS site; i went in with a negative mind set. I came to the building and was greeted by wonderful staff, waited about 5 minutes with my husband for our rep. to came to meet us. She took us into another lobby were she gave us an overview of the company and the history of how it became to what it is today. It was very helpful learning about the background. Everything was explained to us in detail about the packages and programs, all of our questions were answered and we felt very comforable with everything. We left with her personal cellphone and email to contact her at anytime with any question in the future.
In the end result we love to travel, we could not meet any of these prices any way. Coustmer service was anazing ever since i first stepped through the door. I have taken 2 trips so far and already upgraded to a larger package; we without a doubt recomnend this to everyone. The comments on here were false and incorrect. It was about the sales reps that were unprofessional and has NOTHING to do with the product nor the company.
My boyfriend and I went to the presentation and were told it would be 1 hour..... the initial price was more than $11000 and we didn't even get to that until at least 2 hours in. The price then dropped to $6500. We still said no then in our exit session the price dropped again to $2500. We finally said yes and started the paperwork. We told the lady that we keep our finances separate and we don't know how much each other make. Even after saying yes we waited for 45 more minutes. We got nervous and told her to cancel the transaction she got a nasty attitude and said "Mr.X you make $XX a month you can more than afford this!" I was furious!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

after PAYING 9500.00 THEY SAID AFTER 10 YRS GET HALF BACK NEVER DID
