Vacation Express is a total rip off company that will mess up your holiday plans.
We booked a trip through their site. First everything seemed fine, the order confirmation came on email with booking number and confirmed flights and hotel.
We also called customer service to ensure that everything was OK and settled and got the message that we were all set.
Then 3 days later we got an email that they had cancelled our vacation, no explaination, no calls, no reason what so ever.
We called immediately and asked them why but they had no explaination. We asked them to re-activate the trip, however then the cost had gone up substatially. They could not offer us anything similar to what we had booked and no compensation.
Their customer service sucks.
It is crazy that a company like Vacation Express is allowed to exist and continue to ruin peoples vacations.

My Advice: STAY AWAY FROM VACATION EXPRESS!!
