I was hired by this company as an Independent Contractor because I am a Realtor. This company provides their clients with BPOs (Broker Price Opinion) and CMAs (Comparative Market Analysis) of homes that are going into or have gone into Foreclosure for the BPO and possibly going to be sold (CMA). These jobs require a licensed real estate agent to complete by law. This company is not licensed real estate agents and so they hire ones to complete the work for them. They pay them far less than a real estate agent would normally get for this type of work. They are hired by banks and other agencies who need cheaper and faster means of getting an Appraisal. BUT in 2014 they stopped paying.

I have had 5 telephone conversations with them where they stated that they were "behind" in paying but should be caught up in 2 weeks. I was promised this several times. Obviously, they do not plan to pay me at all. The contract that they required me to sign states that they pay in net 30 days. They owe me from February and we are now in July!

I was shocked to see so many complaints against them.

Owed $865

This company owes me $865 for 10 BPOs. I have not heard from them since I called and asked for payment. They owe for BPOs going back to 7/2014. It is now 12/2014. Do not work with Valuation Vision.

No payments

No payment on an interior completed 5/5/2014. Today is 8/13/2014. I have been completing BPOs for several years. I have completed 3 reports for VV, I did a quick search and it looks like this an ongoing trend.

I have been doing Brokers Pricing Opinions for Valuation Vision for about a year as a Realtor.

I just realized I hadn't seen a check from this comopany for the last 11 pricing opinions, done over a

period beginning in May of this year.

I called and spoke with Enrique Mayers in Customer Service who told me the parent Ccompany's assets

(Kirchmeyer Corp) were frozen and I could expect payment with in the next 30 days.

I told him not to expect me to offer any additional services until their account was up to date.

I've been providing services for Valuation Vision for a number of years until now. They owe me over $200.00 and yet got paid. I keep calling and keep getting different dates as to when the merge is complete. I call after the date and still get a different date with them saying there was a delay and I get another date.

They owe me payment starting from June 2013 until September 2013. I called to get the CEO's name. I was told it was Aleandra Smith After being put on hold. I asked for a phone number I was told she didn't know but I can get an email address...I then was hung up on. I called back and requested the same info and was told she didn't know but asked if she can assist me. I declined where I was going to hear the same information.

I am taking my name and info off their list do I will no longer receive BPO requests.

Valuation Vision is not paying Real estate agents nor Brokers for BPO and interior orders assigned by Valuation. They owe my company since begining of 2013. They are blaming the aquisition and keep using the same scheme every time I call. No way to talk to bookkeeping nor managers. This scheme was used few years ago by CARTEL ASSET MANAGEMENT. Warning to agents , be carefull you will not be paid.

FINALLY RECEIVED CHECK

I have done a few BPO's for this company. WHAT A SHOCK TODAY when I received payment on BPO's done in October of 2013. Yes, do not work for this company. Google and do research on EVERY company you work for that you doubt or have not done business with in the past. Eventually, the bad ones will go away. Put liens on the properties that you have not gotten paid for. Find out what Bank ordered them and inform the Bank. I do a ton of BPO's a year, and I always get paid. I don't give up.

New to Valuation Vision

I just started working for them, completing 3 Exterior BPOs in January. So, I should get paid for them on or about Feb. 10th. I just completed another Exterior BPO and am working on my first Interior BPO. I will continue to do BPOs for them unless I don't receive my payment in Feb. After that, all bets will be off. I don't understand why someone would continue to work for a company that hasn't paid them. IJS.

I have been a vendor doing BPO's for this company for years. At first they were ok to work with. Then in 2013 they started to get behind on paying me per their payment policies( 30 days net) In 2014 I went for almost 8 months doing work for them and not getting paid, then a check came. Now they owe me for 4-5 months and was told in December I would be sending a check in 2 weeks. It is now 1/22/15 and still no check. Also the head of sending payments (a guy that goes by Erick) is now not answering the phone, but it goes right into voicemail. He does not return calls and now I am tying to get in touch with him. ARE YOU answering your phone Erick?????

I guess I will have to threaten them again like I did before regarding filing a small claims in Carlsbad!!!!!!!

Silly Me! Never Again!

I completed many BPOs with them. They owe me a LOT of back payments. They keep giving me the run around. Promised payments, etc. Nothing. I don't think they're ever going to pay. Be warned. Fraudulent and should be sued.

I provide various reports ( BPO, CMA'S, Desk Top) to Asset Management Companies. This company, Valuation Vision, Does Not Pay! It has been over 60 days and I have not received a single payment from this company. I have been in business for 10 yrs and this is by far, The Worst company I have ever dealt with. They expect Real Estate Agents to work for free. We have bills to pay just like everyone else. Most professionals cannot afford to work for free. They just Won't Pay!! I have been told several times the check is in the mail, your Acct has been escalated, no there is no one else you can speak with!! I have yet to receive any Pmt and they currently owe me over $400. Do Not work for Valuation Vision! You Will Never Receive a Pmt!
