What they fail to mention on their website (unless you click the terms and conditions) is this enrolls you in a 99.95 a month "Auto-ship" program! and unless your part of the 25% that take the extra step to find out what the catch is your charged 99.95 in 12 days. If you discover this fine small print and decide you dont want to be charged every month you have 7 days to return the product which was just said to be yours free, or else they will charge you 49.95! This company hopes people do not discover the auto-ship program and they can get 99.95 out of everyone they rope in with this attractive offer before they discover it and cancel. Very SCANDALOUS Vapex! You should be ashamed.
On December 31st I ordered a free ecig from Vaperxs which stated all I had to pay was the $4.95 for shipping. I called them on January 11th to inform them I had yet to recieve my package I had to leave a voicemail.
That same day they had charged my credit $99.95. After not recieving a call back, I called again on January 13th. They informed me that the $99.95 was charged after my 12 day evaluation period, which I knew nothing about. My question to them, how can I evaluate a product that I never recieved. All I got was an apology and told that once I recieved the product to call them back and they would inform me how to go about returning it and getting a refund.
This afternoon I recieved the product in the mail and promptly called them back. I was then told that the $99.95 was a charge for the rest of the kit that they had already mailed out and that what I have recieved is just the starter kit. They said I must await the next package and then send them both back before I can even recieve my refund. So now not only am I out of almost $100 dollars that I needed for bills and did not know they were charging me. I have to pay to ship back both packages before they will even return my money. They said it could be 5-7 business days before I recieve the next package.
I find this hard to believe when the original order I placed on the 31st of December said it would ship within 2-5 business days, yet the package that came in the mail today says the stamps.com postage was placed on January 10th.
This company has no regard for their customers. The only concern of theirs is making money they never tell you you are paying until after they charge you for it, and then making it as difficult as possible to rectify the situation.

It stated they would bill me $4.95 I received a call from my car insurance that my payment did not go through. Here I check my account (Master Card) and Vapex charged my account $99.99. OMG really! so I called the company and offered to return the product but the women stated in customer service tht she can only refund me half......... Please Help!!!!!!!!!
