I worked for Vault for two years. I was brought in as a college intern which in fact was a lie they had actually been banned from texas state university And you get absolutely no college credit by working for them. They teach you to go door to door and lie to homeowners to make them believe that they want to put a security sign in their yard and In return get a free security system. It's a easy sell because people for the most part are dumb and who doesn't like to hear free. Truth is you pay for everything you get multiple times in there 5 year contract. once they get you they sell you to another company and good luck from ever hearing from them again.when it comes to working for them they pay lower than any other security company make lots of false promises and try to nickel and dime their sales reps. There is no where to grow with this company don't believe the lies Jd or Harley say to you they just sit back and collect money. Oh last thing they even cheat you on taxes by being a 1099 employe the save money by not paying their portion of Medicare which is concidered illegal in many states so plan on paying an extra 7% on taxes for that. All in all worst career mistake of my life there good sales man I know I used to be one of their top guys don't believe there bs stay away.
