This company claimed that I could use a 14 day free trial to see if their appointment system was the right fit for my small business. I signed up for the free trial and agreed to let them bill me after the trial. I realized within an hour that this system was much more expensive and less useful for my company than the one I currently use. I cancelled the membership and went to paypal to ensure that I cancelled the authorization for reoccuring montly payments -- thats when I saw it. This company had deducted the full cost of a month from my account the moment I signed up for the trial! They commited fraud. I was told I would be given 14 days but charged within seconds of agreeing to try the software.
DO NOT fall for this scam. There is no telling how long if ever I will get the money back - $59.90!!!! That does not grow on trees and I am furious. I sent an email and am waiting to hear back.. Just keep in mind that if this company will take your money before you even try the service... you would be better off trying a different provider.
