Amazing

I get one of their idiotic letters every few months. Each letter ends with "No other notices will be sent. This will be our only attempt to contact you about your factory warranty which may have expired or will be expiring". I cannot help but o think that some naive people fall for it, otherwise they would not continue to send their silly letters.

This company has been sending me letters about the warranty on my car expiring for six months now. I finally called to see what the deal was, and in ended in a big scam! my car is under my manufactures warranty, but this company was trying to sell me another one. When i told the representative, i just simply could not afford their warranty because i am a college student; he got an attitude with me. He tried to tell me that my car, was in fact, going to break down. With that being said, it's three years old, a toyota, with low mileage. This company is rude and i would never purchase an outside warranty with them or conduct any business with them!

Received green letter offering me an extended warranty for my car. I called the number given. I was quoted a price & told it was only good during this phone call. When I stated that the price was too high, they came back with a different offer.

They said if i didn't pay right away, they couold not guarantee a price or acceptance of coverage.

I requested time to discuss with my spous, but they pressured to give a downpayment that I would be able to get back within 30 days.

I told them I would pass until I had time to check them out. Something just didn't sit right with the way they pressured me.

This group is fraud/ scam and for a “not informed consumer “the letter looks real, therefore, spend money on a service that they would never receive. This is not the 1st time that I have received a letter from this group. The 1st clue that there is a problem, they have no Web site or email contact.

I have asked repeatedly to stop sending these notices. I researched them and are clearly scammers. One even represented themselves as part of the mopar group I have a jeep). They need to be audited and shut down.

Vehicle Service Department

These people have been calling me for some time, over and over, if I ask too many questions, they hang up on me. Today I got further than ever with Gilbert that I kept on the phone for about 25 minutes until I got to the point of him identifying the company as Vehicle Service Department. They have been calling me multiple times from what shows up on my phone as a different number each time, if I call back those numbers, they are numbers for private residences. Even more annoying than the multiple calls to me is that I have gotten calls from people that did a call back after they got a call from VSD after their caller ID showed my number, so they are using my number so it will show up on other people's caller ID. TOTAL SCUMMERS.
