The charge they give for a vehicle investigation is questionable as they advertise 1 dollar but I got a charge of 14.95 but that is not what this complaint or warning is about.
The company will run a report on the Internet. The vehicle report I received I was satisfied with for what I was looking for in information. I also believe the information to be accurate as it made sense and I suppose the company ported a legit database.
HOWEVER, after I read the report I got constant emails and texts starting minutes after I read the report from a "Cody" asking if I was satisfied. I said "yes" but the texter and emailer "Cody" did not take "no" (I am satisfied no more interest in your company) for an answer. Must have emailed me several times and texted me several times.
I thought it was over but a month later they texted me again asking if I was satisfied then fraudulently **charged me again** another 14.95 that I had to contest with the bank who canceled my card. Now I have to drive to the bank in the morning to get another temporary debit card and go to all my services that I get that charge that card legitimately to change the number.
