We Did The Same Procedure Checking With The Airline To Assure The RoundTrip Tickets Were There, I Was Also Given The Telephone Number To Call The Hotel In Mexico To Check My Reservation, When I Called The Hotel They Could Not Find No Reservation Under My Name I Went Ahead And Email Them To Let Them Know The Issue They Called The Hotel Then They Told To Call Again. When I Called Indeed My Reservation Was Found I Was Also Given A Confirmation Number. The Day Of My Arrival Saturday May 17th They Couldnt Find No Reservation I Was Told By The Hotel They Were Going To Give Me A Room But I Need It To Open A Voucher Then To Check Back With Them On Monday. Monday Came And There Was A Message On The System Stating That The Credit Card Used Was Declined. Therefore I Had To Pay For My Stay, I Payed $560 For Two Days Had To Check Out And Go To Downtown And Get A Cheapper Room. The Whole Time.
