September 6, ordered. September 22nd shipped. It's now November 15 and no product, they don't answer the phone, or emails. I have ordered from them for several years with no problems. I don't know what happened to company.
I ordered my product from Vidal's Pets on August 21, 2014. I did read the small print that said it could take 21 days to get my order. (It's from overseas - no biggie, right?) 6 weeks later and I'm still waiting for my product to arrive. I filled out their bogus online contact form 3 times on 3 separate occasions to no avail. I have called them half a dozen times now. I get a bogus recording that says all operators are busy, please leave a message. I have left several messages and plan to leave several more. Maybe I'll fill up their voicemail and they'll stop ignoring me. I will go to my bank tomorrow to fill out the fraud paperwork and I'm going to every fraud and rip-off report site like this one to leave my voice alongside others who have had this experience with this company.
Ordered online from Vidals Pets. They sent me an email that order was shipped July 7th. Now it is July 18 and I still havent' received order. I emailed them and they replied that the order was shipped on July 15th. Now it is July 25th and still no order. I called them and they haven't returned my phone call. I emailed them and still no reply. I will need to contact my bank as this was paid through PayPal.
I have delt with Vidals for several years. I called and ordered my yearly supply of flea products. The note said there wou;d be a 12-14 day shipping time. It never came, so I called and told them it never came. They said they reshipped it on July 7th. I called again on July 7th and said I wanted a refund. I received an email from Joli who said I would have it within 24 hours. It never came, So I called my bank. and went from there.
