I'm equally a victim to this useless website. It's unreliable and worthless. Their promises are meaningless. What a waste of time and money. I don't recommend this site to any one

VINCheckPro promises to provide ""Full accident History"" when in fact they report NO accident history at all. At best you are going to get the mileage on the dates when title transfer was done..This is ALL..so basicall worthless when one is trying to find out the cars history.
I was checking on a car that had a rebuild title..obviously had been damages..but Nothing about this as far as accident history..buy a carfax..where you will get correct information..I just wasted $6.95. When I asked for a refund they pointed out a disclaimer in the FAQ section that basically says that no refunds if information is omitted..THEY ARE a useless FRAUD..here is what their online info promises:

I went on this website as a less expensive alternative to Car Fax. I was looking up my personal car to see anything I didn't know from previous owners.
I have owned my car for about 3 years and have been 1 accident that was not my fault. When I was getting it repaired the mechanic said it had noticeable frame damage. I was shocked.
I was hoping this website would give me more of an insite to when this occured. The treport did not even inculde my recent accident. I paid for Car Fax knowing there was something it wasn't telling me.
Turns out my car has frame damage from over 5 years ago and a problem with the title that had been removed by the dealer I bought it from. To top it off there were no service records and the odometer had been turned back, and only to assure myself it included my recent accident.
Long story short DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on a website that tells you everything is fine!!
I did a VIN Check Pro on a Lotus I was looking at and it came up clean. My neighbor has a subscription to Car Fax and also ran it. The Vin Check Pro report missed an odometer problem and an accident in the car's history. Beware of the data coming from Vin Check Pro it is incomplete. Odometer issue is directly from North Carolina DMV: Accident from National insurance records.
I provided a vin number to get a "free" report. Then they said they need a $1.00 charge for processing, ok, cheap enough. As I proceeded, there were other charges for more info that was supposed to be free, total about $2.50, still not bad. I agreed, no report was emailed as promised, Andy said I could email him ( his email address then disappeared from my text messages). After several more texts, he said his manager "Brian" would take care of it in an hour, still nothing and no more replies to texts.
I called my credit card company to protest, they said they could not do anything till the charge was "posted". Now the amount was $18.95, alot more than what I had agreed to, still no report.
This company is nothing but pure scam, they give a phone number, but it is only for texts that they now do not respond to , 1-302-367-7153
Purchased a report that told me a counterfeit vin number was valid and as a consequence lost thousands of dollars. Scam. Garbage useless company with fraudulent information.

Do not buy any vehicle history report from vincheckpro.
They compile free information into an automated 10 page report. Do not pay $3.95 for it. All the info it contains you can find for free online.
It is nothing like a carfax.
Their marketing is deceptive and they are a garbage company. I hope they go out of business soon.
So little info it's hard to trust what IS there. Forget it - wasted my 15 bucks.
I bought a report for a car I was buying from a private party. The report came back clean, so I bought the car. Two weeks later the police showed up at my door and towed the car away saying it had been reported stolen for over a month.
Yes, when I got the car I also got the Title and Bill of Sale. Note from a personal learning just because you have a car title does not mean the cops can't tow your car and claim it as stolen. I wish I could give zero stars by 16 year old son was horrified by the cops taking his car.
Don't pinch pennies learn from me go with CarFax.
They even offered 45% off for 3.95 and the report contains just the make and model. For odometer and accident history, they are asking another 5 dollars. I have screenshots of their offer too but who will run behind for 4 dollars.
