Rude and Ignorant

The solicitor hung up on me, then had the nerve to call back several days later. When I requested to be taken off their calling list, he said the only way I would be taken off their list was if I retire! I guess you have never heard of DO NOT CALL laws and want a $250,000 fine. Works for me.

Same experience

They have been reported to the Department of Justice and the government Do Not Call list besides State, Local and National Association of Realtors. Please backup these reports with your own complaints too!

Jeremy Herrman contacted me to offer a service to identify, contact and refer owners of homes who had been unsuccessful in selling their homes through a real estate company, (expired listings) as well as homes offered by owner. He persuaded me to send a large deposit to begin the process which he claimed would refer at least a dozen prospects to me monthly.

Unfortunately, the process he described was never successfully implemented and I received no leads at all. After a full month of attempting to interface with the VIP Prospecting system, I realized I was expending efforts that were not being frutiful, so I asked Jeremy for a refund in whole or in part. He directed me to Coach Bob Fitzgerald to explain my position and the reason for my request.

I did contact Coach Bob, but after two e-mails, he has simply refused to communicate or refund any of my large deposit. Although I beleive his company provided NO sevices and expended no effort on my behalf, he refuses to answer my request.

JUST SAY NO!!

I got a call from Jeremy and politely told him I wasn't interested in their services. He instantly started talking over me and I said no several more times (not as nicely) then asked to be taken off of their call list. As another person said, he me the only way to get off of his list is to retire. I asked if he understands the law and he asked me if I understand English. Stay as far away from these abusive scammers as you can. The number he called me from is 585-385-9226. I ended up hanging up on him and then started receiving calls from "unknown" where no one responded after I answered, so Jeremy can also be put into the same category of an upset 12 year girl playing phone games. No thanks!

I received a call from some tool named mike from vip prospecting. He started to give me his song and dance i was like i'm a straight to the point kind of guy what is this gonna cost me. He responded that cost is hard to determine and started on another tangent. I said again, what's the cost. He didn't answer so i told him this conversation was over and hung up on him. He called me right back and proceeded to tell me i was unprofessional and rude, keep in mind this coming from the guy who called me back after failing to answer my one question and then calling me back acting like a jackass. I actually laughed a bit after i destroyed him in about 15 seconds about where he had gone wrong. I am also reporting them since i'm on the do not call registry and they violated that. After reading all the other experiences folks have had seems like this has been going on for a long time. At least i wasn't dumb enough to get sucked in.

I received a call from 585-385-9226. He said he was with VIP Prospecting, and called me the wrong name. I told him that wasn't my name, and I was not interested in their services, and then hung up. He called right back, and when I told him I could not believe he called me back, he said he would call back tomorrow, and for days after that, then he hung up. I called to get his name, he answered the phone by saying my name, and refused to give his, then he hung up. I am going to track subsequent calls, and file harrassment reports with the police department and the BBB if this continues. Beware, they are agreessive and rude. I sent a email blast to all 4 of our offices, and several brokers replied to me with similar experiences with VIP Prospecting. I strongly suggest you properly vet this company should they contact you.

I was contacted in Feburary of 2015 by VIP Propecting which is affiliated with Keller Williams Heritage Realy the Bob Fitzgerald Coaching, Inc located at :

1160 Pittsford-Victor Road Building A Pittsford, NY 14534

Jennifer Lesperance the VIP Prospecting Director of Sales called me on the phone and described her professional marketing and calling real estate client services her company she works for offers. Her company firm is VIP Prospecting Inc.

The way Jennifer described it is they will call For Sale By Owners and your Farm and targeted areas that you would like them to call for real estate expired listings and for sale by owners. Jennifer stated their firm VIP Prospecting Inc. will minimually book 12 confirmed appointments a month for their clients. You must commit and pay for a 3 month minimum with a cashiers check prior to them starting your contract. I read the contract carefully, it stated exactly what Jennifer Lesperance stated, they will book you minimually 12 confirmed appointments a month for 3 months. I sign the contract sent them $4,500 in a form of a cashiers check and I began my program on March of 2015.

The month of March I the firm booked 10 confirmed appointments.

The month of April the month Confirmed 2 appointments

The month of May VIP Prospecting confirmed 0 appointments.

This is a total of 12 appointments the firms booked for me in 3 months for $4,500 dollars up front. Their contract guaranteed me 36 confirmed appointments not 12.

I contacted Jeremy Hermann and his staff on multiple occasions. Jeremey assured me he would make the leads up to me.

I never heard back from them since my call with Jeremy Hermann. I called and emaild them at least 30 times in the 3 month period.

If any realtor is considering Bob Fitzgerald Coaching or VIP Prospecting, Inc. be extremely careful. It is a real shame that firms like this can get away with this type of business practice. They are complete fraud and very dishonest.

I would never ever recommend someone get taken advantage of like I did. Feel free to email me before you consider signing up with them.

I am an extremely honest realtor and I can not even believe I feel for their complete dishonest sales pitch!

Harassing phone calls

If a person calls me and I say "not interested, please take me off your list and don't call again" and they don't comply, isn't that harassment, no matter the context? That's what I said the first time the guy (didn't get his name, he caught me at a busy time) kept taking over me, raising his voice, said he would not take me off the list and stop calling. After I hung up on him because he was getting verbally abusive, he called back a bunch of times, the final time from a blocked number. I know it was him because of the same # the first 4 times and all calls were within seconds of each other. He never left a message. Now he's calling me every single weekday. It's been almost a week and I never answer and he never leaves a message. All the times I was very busy and it was considerable trouble to get to finally check the phone. What's the name of this company and how can I file a complaint. I want the calls to stop to me and all the other people I see he is bothering. This is harassment, no matter what.

Harassment!

Realtors do not fall for this! Do not answer any calls from the 585 area code unless you know the number. They have been reported to local, state and the National Association of Realtors. Also the Department of Justice and since my cell phone is also my personal home phone and my number is on the government Do Not Call list they have been reported there also. They call and then if you do not want their service they call back and leave a rude and ignorant message and then continue to call you back every day. If you receive a call from VIP Prospecting report it to your local, state and the National Association of Realtors. Then contact your state's Department of Justice and donotcall.gov.
