I ordered a shirt and when it arrived it was no where near the quality of the item pictured on their website. I tried to contact them using their chat feature and no one ever responded. I then contacted them through PayPal to request a refund and they never responded. I eventually had to escalate my claim with PayPal and ask them to intervene. Their return policy is basically hidden on their website, and the entire transaction seemed shady. I had to pay to return the item and was not compensated for it. They are selling items that are not as described and should be responsible for the return shipping. The day they finally decided to issue a refund they also sent an email telling me to be certain to include the enclosed RMA number with the return. Yeah, it's a little late for that when they send the RMA out back to back with my refund notice. They have no quality control to verify what it is they are selling. Do yourself a favor and donate $5 to a charity instead of wasting it to return the shirt you order from Viralstyle.

The replacement came, and it was the wrong model. I was told to resend which I again did at my expense.
Three weeks have passed and nothing! I'm now out the cost of the shirt, two shipping fees and still have no product. Adding insult to injury, they no longer answer their phones or respond to e-mails. These guys are all over Facebook promoting their product...buy at your own risk! Three months and twice the cost later I still hacve nothing but frustration to show for my effort and money.
