Ferris Eanfar, Martin Linder, Jen Bawden and Jeff Knowles, have stolen millions from investors and claim to be asset managers with a system called OSCAR to play in the futures markets (by which they have no licenses to do so in the USA or Switzerland). We know now there is no OSCAR system, only the idea. They told us the money would be managed under an asset management agreement only to sign a subordinated loan agreement which they conclude gives them the right to do anything with our money instead of trading said monies. We have waited patiently until our contract was up April 24th and still have no communication from them. If anyone else has been ripped off by any of these three people please post here.
