I was offered a "prize" by getting a free sample of two face cream samples just for the cost of delivery; $4.95 each. ($9.90) I received the two samples on November 9, 2014. On November 18th my credit card was ripped off for $89.99 and $99.99 for those two "free samples". I have not received any more shipments, and have barely used what I did get! I sent a message to my credit card to dispute those charges, but what if they won't? I don't have that kind of money, and no where in the ad did I see anything about any further charges!

Sounds like more than one of us.

well , guess what....same thing happened to me. I did a survey through a Wal Mart .com site and was offered a free gift for $4.95 S&G charge. I chose a jar of Vital Firm cream as my 'free' gift. I DID NOT sign up for anything else or any further purchases from this company or any other. The jar of cream arrived and a charge of 4.95 showed up on my card along with another charge of $99.95. I contacted my credit card right away and they said it sounded like a scam and that they would put a block on the company and dispute the charge for me. In the meantime I do not have to pay the pending charge. I have not had time to hear anything back from my credit card but I think just to be safe I will cancel my card and get a new one. Good luck to both of us. wonder how many more people were scammed by this company.

Bank to keep copies of all complaint and USP stubs. Collect Pros now demanding $89.95 for Product that I did not order as they insist I did. Had told them i thought trial size, and they sent full product and charged me full price when they advertised trial size and only would be charged mailing. Bank Mgr. said they are fruadulent and would keep charging had I not complained and followed bank Fraud Dept. protocol. Stop them from abusing and harrassing me. Fraud Depart. referred me to you. Please help me. Thank you Sincerely, for your kind attentions regarding this matter. Very truly yours, OGV PS. United States Post office Tracking return # is9500 1111-2372-4335-4383-45 Cost me $3.91 to return said product.Sean from Bank of America Fraud Dept. referred me to you. 1-877-337-4230 Thanks again

To Whom It May Concern:

Please be advised that in November of 2014, my bank account was charged almost $300 for beauty products that I did not order. In fact as i remember i had been sent an advertisement on facebook that did indicate that a trial size product would be sent at no charge only shipping of $2.95. In fact these fraudulent companies sent full size products and proceeded to charge my bank aforementioned amount of almost $300.00. I quickly called these companies and spoke to their representatives and the bank Fraud Department to complain, as well as, the Better Business Bureau and spoke with Raychel Parris Customer Service Representative Mediation Specialist Direct 909-503-1193. Business Consumer Alliance 315 North La Cadena Drive Colton, California 92324. She at that juncture contacted said companines of Vita Firm and Eye Born Serum and Dermajuve. My Bank Manager saw me and stated that these companies hope their victims do not look at bank statements, as they would continue to charge said amount monthly if I had not stopped them and returned so called samples that were indeed full product sizes.

March 12, 2015 Bank sent me letter stating complaint was settled in my favor. Today, April 7, 2015 receive urgent notice from Collect Pros (Collection agency) to state that I have an overdue balance of $89.95 for a product I did not order, returned said product, and this letter will charge me an additional fee if not paid by May 5, 2015 Equals $109.95.

Please be advised that both Bank/Sean and I attempted to call and refute this bogus charge and very cleverly they do not allow one to speak and only give options for payment. Quite disconcerting to say the least.

Please note that i am will to write to the Attorney General and male a formal complaint against this company and put them out of business. I do not cotton to intimidation tactics, nor am i fearful of a fight i know I will win. I want them reported to the authorities for abusive practices.

Vitafirm a scam!

Number one is the product sucks and doesn t work. Number two is that it is a scam. You aren t warned that it is only a 14 day trial! There is no indication on the advertisement that If you don t return it in 14 days they charge you full price which is about 200 dollars for the eye cream and the skin cream. Number three they continue to send the product to you and charge your card! They make their money because most people don t realize it is only a 14 day trial. You can look through their ad and see they give you no information on conditions of the trial. When I called about the 400 dollar charge on my card they told me it was in the conditions in small print basically hidden from the buyer. They returned $200 for the product automatically mailed the next month but keep $200 on the 14 day trial. Don t fall for this scam!!!!!!!!!!!

Vitafirm scam

Also did an online survey and don't know where but Vitafirm was a free gift with me paying for shipping of $4.95. Two weeks later I get a charge of $99.95 on my credit card but only found out when my bank contacted me regarding the same amount a few weeks later and the possibility of fraud. Got another jar of Vitafirm a few days ago. Pure Health Orders sent a confirmation the first time when the cream was shipped. Don't know if they initiated the scam or whomever conducting the survey since there were a few "gifts" to choose from. My bank is investigating and assured me I would not be charged for unauthorized purchases. I've not found much info on this issue but hope it is resolved soon and others can be spared of the hassle.
