This site is a scam and so is the product. They guarentee your money back within 30 days no questions asked and doesnt follow through with the advertisement in their site. That is false advertisement. They told me when I called there is nothing they can do. They give you a trial for the cost of shipping of $4.95 and doesn't tell you they will charge you after 15 days $89.95, although the product is a 30 day trial. This is not guarenteeing my money back when I am dissatisfied Because of charges that were never explained. They indicated there is nothing they can do. I called on the 30th day to cancel and they are not giving me a refund. I was able to cancel my membership but I was not able to get my money back. They also indicated that when checking out you need to select you have read the terms and conditions and I never came across a box to check off. Do not get yourself caught in the scam.

I saw these two products on tv with a 14 day trial period and pay only shipping cost. I ordered the product on the 17th of March. The products arrived on the 23rd of March. I went to pay my rent today only find both companies took $90 out of my account. I called to cancel and get my money back, now, I'm a disabled veteran from Desert Storm, so I get $1072/month. I was told I was passed the14 days, I started, I'm looking at the tracking from usps and the product didn't arrive until the afternoon of March 23rd. They said they go by the day you order. They were willing to give me 35% back on one item and 25% on another as a courtesy. I said I wanted a full refund to both, I was told no. I asked to speak to the supervisor and they refused. I used a prepaid card, so not a great chance of disputing the issue. So now I'm probably going to be kicked out and homeless. So thank you Vitalie and Lumalift for supporting veterans and people who get your email that only says 14 day trial, not 14 day trial from date ordered. Do not buy from these people, they are scammers, they claim they aren't the same company, yet, both of their cancellation numbers are the same!

I ordered a trial sample size 0.5 fluid oz. of Lumalift and Vitalie. I was to pay shipping, $4.95. My mistake was not reading small print, which states that if you do not cancel within a 14 day period you will be charged for the product. to the tune of $89.95 for Vitalie and $89.99 for Lumalift. This is from the day you order not the actual shipping date. This company has charged my CC to the tune of $179.94 per month for both products. After calling and getting a cancellation # for each product I was charged again for the Lumalift for $89.95. I contacted my bank and have a case #, this was after the 1st charge. Do not order this product. What a scam they are pulling and getting away with. Class Action Law Suit, anyone?
