Vitamax garcinia cambogia is a complete ripoff! They advertise online that u can receive a free trial. All u have to do is pay for shipping. I agreed to the shipping but I did NOT authorize them to debit my debit card for 86.95!! Under the reviews and stories the "customers" were also taking a new age cleanse. When I went to check out they offered to send a bottle of the cleanse for free as well. Just to pay shipping. I agreed. About a week later the cleanse came but garcinia cambogia did not. U can't take one without the other so I left it sitting on my bar. Around two weeks passed and the garcinia cambogia arrived. It arrived around a Monday or tues. That Friday I saw a charge of 86.95 in my bank account from them! When I called the customer service rep told me my fourteen days were up! Keep in mind both products arrived weeks from each other. We went back and forth. He refused to refund my money. The most he said he could give me was 20.00 which was a rip off. That charge bounced my bank account! They were planning on charging my account every month and all I had agreed to pay was shipping! Once! How can they start your 14 day trial the same day u "place your order". This company is a scam because the product also has fillers in it. It's also supposed to have 1600mg and these only have 1000! Be warned! Don't buy this product from this company!!!!

In November, I saw an advertisement on the TV to help losing weight. In the advertisement, it stated the only thing you had to do was pay S&H, there was no indication about having to pay for a trial run or that you would be charged for the product as soon as you received them. I paid a total in all of $12.95, it came out of my Account with the card that I use; to my surprise a week later I was charged for the full amount of $89.95.

I did not agree to pay this amount and when I called the company back, they said that the advertisement on TV stated that there was a 14-day Trial period, but in fact they(Vitamax) then told me that I actually had 14 days to try out the product and that if I did not like the products that I actually had 30 days to decide and that I would get full reimbursement. When I said that I didn't want the product any further and the fact that I never opened either bottle, they said they would reimburse me; minus that with a restocking fee of $19.95 - So, I spent $89.95; that I did not authorize and I only get back $70.00 dollars; how does that make any sense.

Matter finally telling them that it was unfair and them(Vitamax) telling me that I could keep the Garcinia product and that they would then refund me the cost of the Colon Cleanse instead - I told them I wanted full reimbursement and that I did not want the products at all, then and only then did they give me an RMA# for a RA(Return Authorization). They proceeded to give me the numbers that I clearly wrote on the packages and clearly marked with RETURN TO SENDER. This was a week after receiving the packages.

So, here it is now going on three weeks in all; still haven't received my reimbursement as they promised, but as soon as I went to my Bank yesterday and filed a grievance against the Company to get a Full reimbursement and informing my bank that I did in fact return the Products. Later that afternoon I get a Phone call from them with no message left and the only way for me to know it was them - I called the number back today on December 21,2014. Asked the person on the other end what company this was and she(Lauren) informed me it was Vitamax customer care. I Proceeded to give her certain info to tell me why I haven't received the reimbursement that was promised. She then informs me that the products never came back to them and that I still have them in my possession and that in order for me to get my reimbursement, they need the products back. I then went onto letting her know that I claimed and filed a dispute with my Bank for the full amount that was taken without my consent or authorization. As soon as I stated this to Lauren, she then said that they would forego the Restock fee if I were to tell my bank to drop the dispute. And she also stated that a Senior Management Personnel would be in touch with me to discuss this matter further. At this point she was getting agrevated with me telling me that this call has gone on for more than 8 minutes and that she was turning it -the matter at hand over to someone in a management position and that I were to return the products immediately to resolve this issue.

Again, to recap; I saw advertisement on TV for pills to help lose weight, that you only had to pay S&H; there was no commitment to sign up for. Nowhere in or on the ad did it say that it was a 14-day trial and that if not completely satisfied that you would have to pay a restocking fee or that you would be charged Full Price for the Products.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I thought I was getting a 14 day free trial. The 14 days starts when you order, not when you receive the product. In small writing some where it says you will be charged if you do not cancel.

I did not realize I was even signing up for anything beside a 14 day free trial of which I had to pay shipping.

ON top of all this the product does not even work! STAY AWAY!

I saw this product online that promises to help lose weight. Thought I woiuld try it as the ad said no commitments. I then found $190 removed from my account not knowing what it was for a couple of months later. I have not received any addition product from this company.

After finding my funds removed from someone I didn't know I contacted my bank. They tell that they can only stop this action in the future if I make a new account or contact this company and see if Vitamax will refund my money. The bank gave me the number and I called Vitamax. Vitamax responed that I made a commitment with them and that had to pay for these products. I responed that I did not and I want my money refunded. They refused. Not a good companty to deal with at all. Warning to all, do not apply for samples from any online company as they will take your money even though the ad shows "No Commitments". I am now in the process to change my account information to stop these people from stealling my money.

I was linked to VitamaxGarciniaCambogia.com/.org/.net from a online review which stated a free 60day trial of Garcinia extract was available at no risk and with no subscription commitment. The claims of effectiveness of the extract in the review were impressive so I decided to give it a try. When I followed the link and then the directions to order the free sample bottle I saw no sign of or overt indication of this being a re-occurring purchase or subscription, even after my order was completed. So I completed the process. Now came the first sign of trouble, no confirmation email, no confirmation number, just an on screen thank you for your order. Our free samples arrived in about 5days. Again no indication this was a re-occurring purchase or that we now had 9days to cancel said re-occurring ""service"". Just a charge for the shipping and handling and the free sample bottle.

We had no idea what we had signed up for by placing those orders until 20days later when my bank account was charged $89.95, which I didn't recognized.
