This Vitier Company is a scam. They charged me for shipping of this trial skin and Eye care and charged $4.97 and then $5.97 and then shortly after that charged me $85.97 and $89.97 without even knowing why. Then I called them and could not understand the person on the line but they refused to take the additional charge off. I got a simple credit of $12.90 and $13.50 but I am still out of bunch of money and the product is BAD!
The exact same thing just happened to me. Unbelievable. Anna (supposedly her name) the customer service rep told me she could offer me a 10% discount. I told her she is obviously working for company who is running a scam. I am calling my credit card company and disputing the charge!!
When you buy the 4.97 offer they bill you 5.97 for the eye care that you didn't even want plus 39.17 for the first month so you wind up paying 47.11 Be careful big time scam when you call to cancel everything they argue with you and you cant understand their broken english
Ordered the samples, paid shipping and handling. I was on my account 2 weeks later and seen they had charged my account 176.00 went back and reread advertisement and no where did they mention you would be obligated to purchase anything else. Since then I have seen several of same advertisements using a different name.
Company charged me 180.00 for the sample that I kept!!! I will be complaing to my bank
They will not cancel your account without making you pay more money-even if you send the product back to them.
Got the trial offer, i just paid the shipping. I tried to cancel the order and return the product to them. I was able to talk to a person, he was so difficult to understand! i had to mention "lawyer" and he backed off and said to just return the product.
They wanted to charged me 38.71 for this trial offer too. I have already contacted my bank to file a dispute, with all of the reports that this is a scam, i shouldn't have a problem.

I assumed when I paid for shipping of samples that I must have overlooked fine print that informed me this actually set me up to receive product monthly and pay exorbitant amount for it! However reading others comments, I really wonder if there was any fine print.
The product made my skin burn. A friend warned me they may be sending me more and sure enough they had charged me in less then 14 days of receiving the samples, 89.97 for one product and 85.97 for the other. I never did receive the order they were charging me for. I called and cancelled through the automated system even before charges showed up on credit card statement, and of course had no option to talk to a representative. Now in April they have sent me more. When called the 800# the automated acknowledged I had cancelled.
My credit card is taking care of dispute.
This company is without a good product and without a conscience.
Two weeks started the moment they sent you the sample. Took one week to get to me. I canceled after trying the product for 1 week. Got a robot who knew my name from my phone number (I ordered online) and cancelled the order but they had just sent out the next month that very day. Yeah, right. I think that is programmed into the robot. No where does it say what this cost will be nor what the ingredients actually are. I think what you put on the label makes you liable so nothing says anything. Sounds like a blind box outfit. CA needs to shut these people down. I have not gotten my credit card bill yet.
I paid 10.90 postage for free trial march 11 2015 april 11 I get another order which I did not order they charged my credit card $175.94 .this was unauthorized charge that I will not pay. they are scammers , they must be stoped.

I ordered both at same time, and canceled, I thought, at the same time. I just received a shipment in the mail. Once they get you, they don't want to let you go. I stopped the credit card charge, and complained. What a scam.....
big time scam - you pay shipping for samples. when you call to cancel they try to bill you. They kept lowering the amount telling me I could keep the product. I told them my eyes were red and cracking - why would I keep it? Made it impossible to cancel - when I asked to speak with a supervisor I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and then told there were none available due to high call volume. I will be disputing charges with my credit card company
No where did the trial say anything about taking 170.00 out of my bank without my approval. This sucks. now I have to talk to bank to try and set this straight! This sucks!! I don't even like the product!!

I also have a complaint for vitier skin cream, same address in ca. They call that company hfe*vitier eye serum, same company just different name-i will file a complaint for them too!
Do not confuse this company out of ca with a legitimate company of the same name out of utah. Their customer service is very helpful.)
Worst company ever. Like everyone else. I got the "free" samples as stated on their website. Just pay for the shipping they say. Should have read Vitier's six pages of TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I am working with my credit card company to reverse the charges. This company should be put out of business.

I paid 4.97 and 5.97 for a "sample"; I then was charged almost $190 for an automatic shipment; I canceled as soon as I saw the charges on my debit account...and then I waited...to receive the shipment that the $190 was for...I never received a shipment after the "sample"; reported them to my visa account and I'm waiting for the response to get my money back!! If Visa doesn't side with me, I'm out $190 for a shipment I never received...spoke to someone at vitier after I saw the charges and she offered me 50% back...I refused telling the foreign speaking person why would I accept a 50% refund for a shipment I NEVER received!!! Such bullshit!!! $190 is a lot of money to a single mom!!1
