This company vivexin should be stopped. Not only they send a product which I called to cancel , the trial period was not over but they had already send the product and charged my credit card, so obvious was a fraud.
Now I found out they will not refund the whole amount even though I returned the product,paid for shipping etc. sSo I will get part of the money
Soneo has to do something to stop these people scams, I should not have fallen for this htey were on facebook but I did, but they could be honest the other company that advertises with them also had the same trial period and I was able to cancel with them but these people after a week send the product and charged my credit card.

I bought a trial cream and I was without enough warning sucked into a continuing buying thing, 15 days after I bought the trial cream vivexin and they are taking a lot to refund the money and make me pay for the box which I did not received they put in the mail.
It said there we had until april 20th something like that to cancell but today is april 19 and they said the box was sent and my credit card was charged , so the only refund is when the box arrives i have to sent it back and pay for the mailing this is really uncalled for

Buyer beware! I signed up for a free trial of this face cream that all the movie stars were secretly using to make them look young. I figured it was a scam but it was a free trial so what could it hurt? Well it hurt...ALOT! I received my free trial then noticed a $89.90 charge on my credit card a week later for a 2 month supply of the stuff that I did not order.
I called the number provided on the charge card statement and they gave me the spiel about how when you order the free trial you automatically get signed up for repeat orders and you have to cancel. Then they proceeded to tell me that this information was on the website I ordered it from which was a total lie. I got ripped off once before by a company similar so I looked for 'the fine print' just to make sure this wasn't yet another rip-off.
They also proceeded to give me a fake United States Postal Service tracking number and claimed that they delivered the product 2 weeks ago which was a total lie because I never received anything from them! Please do not fall for this scam!
Oh, and the product doesn't work in case you were wondering. I used it dilligently as instructed and wish I hadn't abandoned my previous face cream as it yielded much better results!
