Von Osburn was living in my home with my family because he stated the apartment above his caught on fire and he was not able to get into his apartment. He stayed with us over a month. He stated he would pay rent of 560.00 for me allowing him to stay at our home. When I pressured him for the rent he made excuses to not come home and eventually moved on to another unsuspecting woman.
I'm not bitter at all over his leaving. I'm concerned with the new persons safety and well as her pocket book. I simply would like the rent owed me.
Please beware single ladies for this man is a vulture and seeks out woman with a big heart for his own personal gain.
