Looked up their info online. Obviously scammers. I even called them and asked them if they could “fix” my computer, because it really has been running slow and unable to play media for two years. Told me there was nothing they could do. Baaaad
On Aug 26, 2016 I attempted to install Norton into a third party computer that has never ever been connected to a web or internet site. I connected the computer into my modem to be able to install Norton. I was unable to do so & the program directed me to V Support for help, they claimed that this computer had a Trojan Horse & other viruses. My own computers have never had these viruses. They worked on this third party computer & billed me. The PROBLEM is that they will not issue me a paid invoice indicating what services & cost I incurred, I need this so I can claim for my cost from the owner of this computer. This computer is only used for the monitoring & control of KEY FOB's for an over head door for our condo complex.
I have talked to several different people @ V Support 6 times & 4 emails they say that they have sent this invoice & will re-send it again, but never have. So are these people a legit business & what is the problem. A ligament firm would not hesitate.

I had to pay $100 for their support and another $100 to add malware/spyware. Well needless to say it happened to me again where it crashed and there's was the only number I could call to get my computer working again. Another $200. I'm so angry because I don't know anything about computers but I feel I am getting scammed and there is nothing I can do about it.
I have never had an account with V support. They call suggesting that my account has expired and it includes my antiviris programing, and that it is urgent I contatct them to protect my PC.
They call 3 or 4 times a month suggesting I have PC problems and they can fix them. I have told them 20 times if I have told them once to STOP CALLING. They called today and when I retuurend the call to again tell them to stop harrassing and anoying me, and gave them my email adress and suggest that any further communications need to be there., they called back 2 times in 10 minutes. The first time they left a message and the second they hung up.
To bad our paid public servants don't enforce the Federal and State la3ws concerning harrassing and nucance phone calls, and repeated, redundant, unsolicited phone calls for services. These people are fakes and frauds, and need to be arrested and charged.

They got me twice
