I first order a waist trainer from this company a year ago. The payment went through right away but I did not receive my waist trainer. I waiter for two months and then tried to get a hold of their company. I sent more than one email and my email must have been ignored or something. So unprofessional. I had to go on instagram to get a hold of someone by commenting on one of their pictures and then I got a reply to my email. I ended up just saying I wanted a refund because it was just taking to long to get my waist trainer. Now I tried to get a waist trainer again and I accidently got the wrong size. This thing does not fit me at all. The website says no refunds or exchanges???! Why?! I sent them an email if I can just exchange it for a bigger size and and explained that my trainer is unused and they replied back "Our company policy is no refunds or exchanges" ...What a horrible company. We should be given a chance to at least make some exchanges, like any other retail store.

I purchased a waist training corset from Premadonna waist gang society a month ago. They did not send me an order number or a tracking number. I sent them countless messages about my pruchase and they did not repond to a single one. They charged me for the product and they did not send me my purchase that costed me over 200 dollars! They didnt even have the courtesy to update me on what is happening with my purchase. I do not know what to do right now. I paid for something i did not recieve and they are not responding to me. I dont even have an order number or any other way I can track this purchase. All i have is my CC statement that shows the transaction. there should be some company info on your bank statement. be sure to save all documentation and dispute the charge at your bank, even send screenshot of this review. you might not receive the product, but i'd be if I would pay for it! Your bankshould reverse it if you have proof of what transpired.
I ordered a waist trainer at Waist gang society because it was advertised by Kim Kardashian and her sisters. I know silly me! but I am actually getting married in september and thought that would help. Anyway I odrered the $140 waist shapper and took my measurement as adviced in the website very carefully. When the product arrived after trying to zip it for 20minutes it becamne obvious that it wasn't my size. I then emailed them to ask for an exchange (which isn't a big deal right they are still getting their money I had just received the item and I would pay for the shipping right!!!). They never even answered my multiple messages, then I read their return policy and it is a non-return one. How can you have a non-return policy when items are so expansive and sizes so tricky to figure out! I can't even imagine the number of people that got ripped off and I wanted to let you all know since I wish I had know before buying. So in other words, she does not take care of the ordering or shipping process. If that's the case, then where the hell is my order? She also claims that customer service is fully staffed and is opened Monday to Friday from 9am-5:30pm. That's BULLSHIT. I've been calling for the past two weeks every business day from 9 a.m. up until 5:00 p.m. every 20 minutes and no answer. It rings and then goes to voice mail, which is ALWAYS full, so you can't even leave a message. I have sent emails, tried the live web chat and no response. Along with her reply on Instagram, she has threatened to block people. Really? You're ripping people off and there not allowed to voice their opinion on a PUBLIC forum? A public forum where potential customers can see the crab you keep up with REAL reviews and not those fake "I Love my waist shape, I ordered it on a Monday and got it on a Tuesday, no problems, customer, service was wonderful, fit perfectly" bullshit testimonials you get your "TEAM" and your friends to write! A public forum where you will be held accountable and not the www.whatsawaist.com website you keep referring people to, where our issues with your product go unseen, unheard and are ignored, brushed off, kept quiet and swept under the rug.
These are all symptoms of FRAUD, and if @premadonna87 continues to rip off her customers, then her company will go under faster than the Kardashinas can post a selfie on #Instagram.
Just a note, I called my credit card company and disputed the charges and have been issued a full refund. Now @premadonna87 is on the hook for the bill. Like I said @premadonna87, if yo u continue this scam and not give people what they ordered, then you will be "on the hook" for a lot of those orders you and your "TEAM" ignored and your company will cease to exist. i encourage anybody else who has had a problem with their order from Waist Gang, to hit her up on Instagram. I wish I could give 0 stars! I ordered the very aggressive waist trainer on Monday March 9th and received a confirmation email shortly following my purchase which stated the order would take up to 2 business days to process and an additional 2-12 business days to ship. Now mind you, today is 4 business days later and when I went to whatsawaist.com to check the status of my order, it still states it's being processed! I even left a message with them via email to inquire about the shipping... Then this morning I decided to give them a call and there was no answer and I was routed back to the main line 3 times! That is absolutely ridiculous, bad for business and unprofessional! I will 100% be filing a claim today with my credit card company against them! I'm super disappointed as I was really looking forward to this waist trainer... So many people rave about it, however, i'm starting to wonder if a lot of these reviews are fake.

I purchased a waist training corset from Premadonna waist gang society a month ago. They did not send me an order number or a tracking number. I sent them countless messages about my pruchase and they did not repond to a single one. They charged me for the product and they did not send me my purchase that costed me over 200 dollars! They didnt even have the courtesy to update me on what is happening with my purchase. I do not know what to do right now. I paid for something i did not recieve and they are not responding to me. I dont even have an order number or any other way I can track this purchase. All i have is my CC statement that shows the transaction. If anyone knows what I can do about these people or for a way to get my money back please let me know. This is horrible horrible customer service. Premodonna NEVER AGAIN! I am quite taken back by this since celeberties are so called "endorsing" this product.

there should be some company info on your bank statement. be sure to save all documentation and dispute the charge at your bank, even send screenshot of this review. you might not receive the product, but i'd be if I would pay for it! Your bankshould reverse it if you have proof of what transpired.
I ordered a waist trainer at Waist gang society because it was advertised by Kim Kardashian and her sisters. I know silly me! but I am actually getting married in september and thought that would help. Anyway I odrered the $140 waist shapper and took my measurement as adviced in the website very carefully. When the product arrived after trying to zip it for 20minutes it becamne obvious that it wasn't my size. I then emailed them to ask for an exchange (which isn't a big deal right they are still getting their money I had just received the item and I would pay for the shipping right!!!). They never even answered my multiple messages, then I read their return policy and it is a non-return one. How can you have a non-return policy when items are so expansive and sizes so tricky to figure out! I can't even imagine the number of people that got ripped off and I wanted to let you all know since I wish I had know before buying. I'm really sorry that Kim Kardashian is advertsising for such an unprofessional online store.

I ordered a waist trainer in February from this company after seeing an endorsement from one of the Karsashians. I mever received it after nuerous attempts to contact them. There was a shipping label created on usps.com site but never updated. The tracking number I received must be valid because after I put it on the united states postal service it shows package is still in Florida since February.

Speaking of Instagram, it seems it's the only way you can get a response from @premadonna87. I guess it's because it's the nucleus of her business and how she makes her scam money. She responds quickly because she does not want or need the negative reviews. She replied with some lame excuse about "popular demand!"' If that's the case and it's a supply and demand issue, then hire more staff. You certainly are making the money to do it. She also claims, she is not "on site" Her words: "I DO NOT WORK AT THE OFFICE SO I CANT HELP U WITH YOUR ORDER BUT I HAVE OVER 50 Staff members who can"! So in other words, she does not take care of the ordering or shipping process. I guess she's spending all that money she making hanging out with the Kardashian's and Blac Chyna poppin' bottles.She CLAIMS she has a team of over 50 that does that. If that's the case, then where the hell is my order? She also claims that customer service is fully staffed and is opened Monday to Friday from 9am-5:30pm. That's BULLSHIT. I've been calling for the past two weeks every business day from 9 a.m. up until 5:00 p.m. every 20 minutes and no answer. It rings and then goes to voice mail, which is ALWAYS full, so you can't even leave a message. I have sent emails, tried the live web chat and no response. Along with her reply on Instagram, she has threatened to block people. Really? You're ripping people off and there not allowed to voice their opinion on a PUBLIC forum? A public forum where potential customers can see the crab you keep up with REAL reviews and not those fake "I Love my waist shape, I ordered it on a Monday and got it on a Tuesday, no problems, customer, service was wonderful, fit perfectly" bullshit testimonials you get your "TEAM" and your friends to write! A public forum where you will be held accountable and not the www.whatsawaist.com website you keep referring people to, where our issues with your product go unseen, unheard and are ignored, brushed off, kept quiet and swept under the rug.
These are all symptoms of FRAUD, and if @premadonna87 continues to rip off her customers, then her company will go under faster than the Kardashinas can post a selfie on #Instagram.
Just a note, I called my credit card company and disputed the charges and have been issued a full refund. Now @premadonna87 is on the hook for the bill. Like I said @premadonna87, if yo u continue this scam and not give people what they ordered, then you will be "on the hook" for a lot of those orders you and your "TEAM" ignored and your company will cease to exist. i encourage anybody else who has had a problem with their order from Waist Gang, to hit her up on Instagram. She responds quick. Let her know your not down for her bullshit and then just don't even bother with the product, just disput the charges and get your money back. I wish I could give 0 stars! I ordered the very aggressive waist trainer on Monday March 9th and received a confirmation email shortly following my purchase which stated the order would take up to 2 business days to process and an additional 2-12 business days to ship. Now mind you, today is 4 business days later and when I went to whatsawaist.com to check the status of my order, it still states it's being processed! I even left a message with them via email to inquire about the shipping... Then this morning I decided to give them a call and there was no answer and I was routed back to the main line 3 times! That is absolutely ridiculous, bad for business and unprofessional! I will 100% be filing a claim today with my credit card company against them! I'm super disappointed as I was really looking forward to this waist trainer... So many people rave about it, however, i'm starting to wonder if a lot of these reviews are fake.
