I ordered their skin tag product in early November. I called them after two weeks without the product arriving and was told: "Your product is coming from Denmark, or...Finland..or upper buttcrack." Now it has been a month. I asked them if they could contact the boat captain by phone and see if he hit an iceburg or something.
