Received by mail letter with Walmart name & logo with a website address of workasugobywmt.com Enclosed was a check for close to $2000 that had indicators of a fake check (such as check number first on bottom) the website was flagged by Microsoft as Phising, but I wanted to report it here because the letter and check were written very well, seemed very realistic. The letter promised a job shopping getting to keep what you bought and reporting evaluations to their website. Only because I have been scammed before, did we look closely to find the isssues. The letter even says they won't take your personal info.

I was at the Oak Grove, MO Walmart to pick up a few things. A rain storm started while I was inside and it was a lot more windy than expected by anybody. Everybody who had checked out and finished purchasing their things waited inside because the rain was so bad it waa coming inside the front automatic doors. We all waited about 5-10 minutes and the storm died down a little before some of us headed out. When I went to my car I found that Walmart's cart corral had flipped completely up and landed on the right front part of my car. I went back inside to file a claim with the manager. I didn't take pictures right away because there was still heavy rain outside.

After I'm inside waiting for the manager he pretty much just left me there hanging. He was helping his staff more than me because there was a possible gas leak. He closed the store and had everybody evacuate and still left me standing up front at the customer service desk and told me nothing. I had to go outside on my own and talk to one of the employees that was working in the parking lot area to figure out what to do from there. He was also the same employee that moved the cart corral without me being able to get a picture first. Walmart called the fire department and gas company to come up and find the gas leak so nobody was allowed inside for a while.

I took the name of the employee who moved the cart corral and the manager of the store so I could file a claim when the store finally opened again. Another manager came in an hour later and that's who I made the claim with and the witness who moved the cart corral off of my car. I also made a police report too. The manager I made the claim with gave me the number to Walmart's insurance company, Claim's Management Inc. I called them the next day in the afternoon and left a voicemail and nobody called back. My boyfriend called the next day, early afternoon because I had to work early. He talked to the guy and he said he was still waiting for Walmart's surveillance video of what happened to come in so to call back 2 days later. I called back and the guy made every excuse not to cover the damage done to my car.

He said if it was windy enough to blow stuff off the roof of Walmart then there was nothing to help the cart corral from blowing up. So I asked why the cart corrals aren't bolted down to the ground and he said well in those states they have to plow snow in the winter time and they need to be able to move them around. Well maybe bolt them down at least during the spring/summer time when it is the windiest season. Then they tried to use the excuse that they rent the parking lot. So that's not your name on the carts or cart corral? If there was a person and not a car there to be hit by the corral, would you cover them? Why is it any different? I did absolutely nothing wrong except for apparently shop there at the wrong time. If I wasn't parked by your property, your cart corrals, I would not have been hit! Walmart's billion dollar company can afford to help me with $1000 worth of damage their property did to my new car. I am not trying to rip them off like I'm sure people have done before. This is something they should be held accountable for.

I received a check from Walmart Inc. in Bentonville, Arkansas in the amount of $1999.15 it was to cover the expenses to mystery shop for such companies as Wal-Mart, Pizza Hut, The Gap. The letter that was sent with it had very detailed instructions on how to activate this check. The letter was signed by Todd M. Welch, Director of Operations. When I went to the website my computer blocked it as being un secure. Don't cash the check if you receive it as it is a scam and your bank will end up taking the money back. Just because they use the Walmart Inc. name doesn't mean this is the actual Wal-Mart we know and love.

This my second time buying a new phone from Wal-Mart and it has numbers and pics with people personal information

Advertising in store for $19.88 and when I went to check out it was $19.88 per item in the box.

At the Walmart Pharmacy I noticed and have 2 pictures of the Rack that had a sign that said $19.88 at the top. Below that were 6 boxes that were closed and was Hydroxycut. Because these boxes were not opened and not indicating individual items as Walmart normally does I picked up 2 boxes and went to check out. The pharmacist tech inquired if I really wanted the 2 boxes and I said yes I have a disability that is debilitating and need to try to loose weight to help me walk. All other diets have failed. She told ok and started to take everything out of the box to ring it up. I asked her what she was doing and she told me that each item was 19.88 and not just the box. I asked to see the manager and waited 30 minutes thru 3 phone calls and this lady comes up and said she was the asst manager and that the manager is not here on SUNDAYS and that she would take my name and the store manager would call me on MONDAY. I asked for the District Manager's number and called him this morning and he stated that Walmart was here to make money and that they would not own up to their mistake and create customer satisfaction as they consistently are advertising. I want them to own up to their error and give me the 2 boxes and I want to District Manager to apologize for making me feel like a DOLLAR SIGN versus a valued customer as I spend over $1500.00 a month in the store.

The District Manager is David McKenzie phone number is 850-668-1304

The store number is Walmart #1223 at 5500 Thomasville Road Tallahassee Florida 32312.

Store Phone Number 850-668-2511

My wife bought a New IPAD for her birthday gift from me... She purchased it at ourlocal Wal-Mart. We did not open it for a few days but when we did and unwrapped it, inside was duct taped in the box two little bags of black stuff for weight I guess, in the box. We took it back to Wal-MArt and aske for a refund of $500.00+ and was told they would not refund my money, since they do not know for sure that we did not do something with the IPAD!!!! We are not theives... Escalleted to Corp Office, waiting on a resposne... Told by Wal-Mart CO-MGR, it was not their problem, take the IPAD to an Apple Store and tell them it's defective..????? What an idiot! I'm not getting laughed out of the Apple store... We are trying to hold our tempers but it's not easy when you get RIPPED-OFF!

I received a check from what appears to be from Walmart, Inc. drawn on Wachovia Bank. The accompanying letter instructed me to go to a website: www.wmgetmoneyback.com, to activate the check. The letter explained that I would keep $350 and the remaining amount would be use to follow instructions for mystery shopping. When I went to the website, a warming came up on my computer that it appeared to be an "Untrusted Connection." I did not continue and looked at the check more closely. The format of the check appears to be incorrect. The check number is where the routing number should be.

I do not think this is actually a Walmart check nor do I think Walmart is to blame. I believe this is a scam.

I faithfully used the Walmart Savings Catcher app from the moment I heard about it. When I racked up some savings, I cashed it in on a gift card. As soon as I went to use the card, a clerk at the local store told me my balance was zero. I searched online to find a phone number...not an easy task. Walmart seems to want to keep from being contacted by phone so they don't really have to respond to you.

When I called on March 26, 2015, a girl told me that my account was one of many that got hacked and someone had redeemed my savings in Kansas, a state I've never been to. She said it could take up to 30 days. I called again in April and spoke to someone for a status update and she said they had it and were reviewing it. She knew nothing about my account being hacked. I called again on May 13, 2015 and spoke with Daniel who said they were coming to a conclusion and it would be resolved soon. He said they just found this out today????

Here it is June 4 and some yahoo still has funds that belonged to me and Walmart is playing tiddlywinks on their thumbs.

In addition to the three calls, I also sent two email requests. They went ignored.

SUPPOSEDLY the Leading Giant in competing with other stores and SuperMarkets; Wal-Mart offers to customer's an incentive for shopping with Price Matching; where you can do a One Stop Shop experience. Price Matching at Wal-Mart is where, other local stores place ads in the weekly advertisements that have products at a discounted or sale price and if you take the ad to Wal-Mart the store will honor the ad and give you the same price of the product.

Only you end up still needing to go to the other store anyway because suddenly on the week of the ad, Wal-Mart's shelves are either stocked with a very minimal supply of the product advertised, have a different size of the product, or non of the advertised products, so they don't have to honor the price match from the competitors ad.

If Wal-Mart have grown tired or losing money with Price Matching, why don't they just simply STOP promoting it instead of being SNEAKY AND DECEITFUL; deceiving unsuspecting customers who have to either stil go to the advertised product's store to get the honored ad or just buy a larger product no advertised.

THAT'S WRONG & UNETHICAL

In my opinion this is a classic example of a Corporate Monstrosity that believes in the elimination of the smaller retailer and then providing a lousy product. Bought a couple of food product that looked like they had been opened. I noticed that the expiration date had expired on two of the three items . The cleanliness of this store is less then respectable looking. We all know that the expiration dates on food need to be checked before buying the products. Unfortunately I didn’t have a magnify glass to check the date properly but that leads me to a very important question. Nathan Phan Store Manager as per the website www.glassdoor .com the average store manager for Walmart makes $100,861.00 per year so, I have a couple questions for you. 1. What do you do for $100,861.00 per year that someone else can’t do for half of that amount? 2. For $100,861.00 per year cant you come up with an fresh food inventory system to spot check merchandise that may have been opened or the freshness date may have expired? 3. If you do not have the ability or talent to come up with a plan to spot check merchandise you could compensate a lower level manager who isn’t making $100,861.00 per year to do so. If you haven’t figured it out yet in my opinion, you are substantially over compensated and, have the value in my eyes of a disappointing bookend. If you going have that high level employment position you should have pride in the work place. I’m wondering how you could have ever got that position even better yet who was it who hired you and how much do they make. Bottom line in my opinion Ifa fat cat conglomerates like Walmart can destroy the smaller retail stores in America then you must have the ethical and moral responsibility to take care of your customers.

Okay I went to this store back in February. I was going through a bad time in my life. I went to the electronics and saw cellphones and I liked them. I took a iphone 5 and was able to get it loose and put it in my pocket. So I know its wrong and wish I didnt do it. But I did and I admit I was wrong to do it. So I can say all this is wrong and I shouldnt of did it. But what happened after that was wrong and my rights were violated.

So when I left the store 2 men came up to me and grabbed me and took me back into the store. I guess they seen me take it. I admitted it and gave it back and apologized. But they took me back into the store and kept me by the entrance. So everyone who came in the store and people leaving saw me being held. The 2 men kept laughing and telling people that walked by "we gotta another live one". They kept humiliating me and laughing about it to people. So this totally violated me. It took the police over 15 minutes to get there. Then they were laughing to the police and the police were laughing too. Everyone got to see this.

Then they laughed and told me how stupid I was because the phone is a display model and dont even work. So then when the police asked the value of the phone they said $449. This is a outrageous lie because if its a display model and dont work then it is worth nothing. But the police wrote on there report it is worth $449. So now they have violated me 2 times. They lied and humiliated me in public.

I got a shoplifting ticket and had to pay a fine from money I dont even have. If I had this kind of money I would of bought the phone. I made a list of how bad Walmart lied and humiliated me and went back to the store last week and talked to the manager and told him how there security humiliated me and lied. I offered the manager a chance to pay my fine for me and I would not file a lawsuit. Otherwise if he dont pay the fine I will go to court and sue for being humiliated and lied to. While he was talking to me he secretly had someone call the police on me again. The police showed up and publicly humiliated me and arrested me for tresspassing. Once again Walmart lied. They never told me I was banned from the store and never allowed to come back in. This is now 2 times they humiliated me and lied to me.

Now I am going to go to court and I am going to sue them.

Walmart made a fool of me costing my job. Yes I had level 3 coaching , I chose to relocate do to personal reasons and they will not hire me at new location. This resulted in lost wages.

I'm going to keep this short because most of you won't read this until AFTER you have a problem. I had my Walmart Visa debit for over a year. 1. If any reversal is done walmart/green dot will hold onto your money for a minimum of 10 days and sometimes 30 days. 2. They are trained to Never xfer you to a supervisor. Never. If this has happened to you contact me. We're going to file a lawsuit against them. They prey on Blacks; Latinos and marginalized white folks. Time to take a stand and fight back. This info they dont share with you when they issue card.

  • May 2, 2015

Got a Walmart card because they are open longer then my bank and that was convienent. Card said no charge if I put $500 a month in there. I did so. Then I didn't use the card for 5 months. I went in to check my balance and they said I have $6 on the card. I wanted to buy something for $60 online so I pit $54 on it. Then the balance said I had $48. I asked what happened and they said it took it. Then I saod give me my money back they only gave me $45 because of a $3 fee on top of the $6 they just took from me. I asked what happened to the $6 I already had they had no anewer. I have receipts still showing I had $6 positive in there then they took the $6 and another $6 and $3 to get my cash back out. Total rip off better off buying a prepaid card for $2.95 when you want.

On 3/4/2015 paid walmart card off in full $222.84. On 3/13/2015 purchased $49.81 in merchandise.

Paid $10.00 on 3/20/2015 $10.00 on 3/27/2015 and $10.00 on 4/3/2015 leaving Balance of $19.81 as of

4/3/2015. Called on 4/20/2015 to pay off and discovered they assessed me a late fee of $35.00 on 4/11/2015.

Less than 30 days of my purchase. WOW

I paid 75% of my bill before the next cycle (within 30 days) and they charged me a late fee of $35.00..

After arguing with them Anna Juaneza agreed to remove late fees in exchange of me closing the account.

I attempted to pay the $20.81 off with my Navy visa debit card and all of a sudden their system would not reconize the card.

I was told to go to store and pay off the $20.81 . 15 mins later my account shows closed by customer but the fee is still showing and not removed as agreed on.

This women never attempted to solve the issue only insisting that I pay the charge because of a billing cycle.????

Even is my billing cycle started on the 11th of every month clearly I paid the min charge by the billing cycle. There fore there should be no fees other than interest on $20.81....

This is a RIP-OFF and Extortion of FEES...I can only Imagine how many people they do this too.

I took my car into Walmart of Starke Florida for it's first oil change. I have always done a initial oil change earlier than recommended; I go by the old standard for a new engine, and change first at 1000 to 3000 miles. This time it was at 2600 miles. I was immediatedly ridiculed for wanting my oil changed so soon, and because of the make and model of my car. I let it go, because I did not want to do it myself this time, and because I had someplace I had to be and wanted my car to be good for my wife while I was gone. I watched the oil "tech" "work" on my car from the waiting area. He was puzzled immediately and seemed to be lost as to how to change the oil, as well as how to even open and close the door; it has a smart key. This worried me to see him fumbling and setting off the alarm on the car. So I watched him really close, but he ducked around and pulled something in the way to block part of my view of him working, but I could still see most of what he was doing. He claims to have checked the tires, but he could not have because he never took the caps off from what I could see. I saw him take the oil filter out and throw it away, but never saw him drain the oil. I figured it was partly blocked. I was wrong on that assumption. I saw him pour a part of a quart of synthetic oil in the engine but nothing more, I figured I must have missed it. Then when the car was "done" I took it home 20 miles, it seemed to run funny skipping a bit. So, once I got home I opened the hood and checked the oil level to find it was well over full. It also look like it had been bubbling and frothy. I had to run so I left it as is. When I got back from my trip, I decided to drain the oil and pour back in the right amount, since this engin can be damged by being over full on oil; it's in the owners manual for this type of engine. I had the time and no longer trusting Walmart of Starke Florida I drained the oil. It looked really old, like a couple thousand miles old, I would wager 2600 miles or so old; minus the 3/4 quart he overfilled it with. So I had to run with another vehicle of mine to get oil from Oreilly as they were the only ones who carry this Mobil 1 in the viscosity it takes beside Walmart. I filled it up to where it supposed to be and I had to clean out the intake as it had oil sucked up into it from being over full. I complain to Walmart and so far nothing has been done. They do not believe me. I would not take my time like this to complain unless it was not real. I know it is a business for them and writing about their business will possibly hurt their busines. I thought about not writing this, but people have to know, do not trust your vehicle to the "techs" at Walmart, many of them do not care, and treat your car like it is a joke, or their personal toy. I got unllucky and had a poor "tech" who does not care. Are you really willing to trust your car to someone who could not care less? I thought these "techs" cared to at least do the job completely and not to try and cheat by taking shortcuts.

I received a check in an envelope from Correos Madrid and inside was a check for $1992.55 made out on a Wachovia Bank from Charlotte, NC bank, with WalMart Inc as the maker of the check and a letter attached offering me a position as a Consumer Service Evaluator in their Quality Control Program.

Being the skeptic that I am, and knowing WalMart would never send anything from Madrid like this, I immediately checked this site and found similar stories. I did check out the internet site it asked me to go on and was immediately scared to see that it said it was going to "For security reasons we are saving your IP ... (and my IP address was then listed there)". If you have NOT gone to the site. Do not go!. This is a big scam and Fraud. Walmart would never do this.

I am a disabled senior and I really enjoy shopping online. That is until I started shopping at Walmart.cpm

These people have been sending me junk in the form of items that I ordered.

Several things look like they were used by someone for several years. I ordered a lamp that looked like it came from a junkyard.

My son ordered a tv that was already out of date and it smelled really bad when it was on (chemical smell).

ON Feb. 12, I received a ROKU 3 STREAMING DEVICE. It continually broke down. Yesterday March 11, I tried to print off a receipt to return this piece of junk also. What I found on my account was that it had already been returned on Feb.12 the day it was delivered! How the hell could this be when I still have the Roku.they also refused to allow me to bring the Roko device back to a local walmart by refusing to allow me to print a return receipt. After all, it was already returned. One really stupid customer service Rep. just told me that I could always return items that I didn't like. NOT!!!!!

Be very carefull with these crooks! I am not ordering from them anymore nor am I shopping in any of their stores. They do not have the right to treat longterm customers like this and believe that they can get away with it.

When you try to put a review on something you bought at Walmart.com you have to first click one of the stars. One star is for poor, five stars is for excellent etc. When you click poor or one star, the website will not let you put in your experiences with the item you purchases. They also HIDE all of the bad reviews on products.

I am ending my relationship with Walmart including the Bluebird Card.

Walmart needs to go the way of Kmart.

See the order details below. I ordered Dixie Ultra Pathways WiseSize Heavyweight Paper Plates, 8.5", 500 count from Walmart but shipping from circuit city aka Tiger Direct; I paid less than $20 for it. A few days when I open the mail, I open the box from Tiger Direct with 125 plates.

I contact customer service (if you can call it that) because there is no service! I talked with a guy name Christian, who had the most horrible accent and had me repeating my order # 3 times and tries to talk so fast to have me to agree to keep whatever they already mail me! I said no, he said, well let me process a refund and then hangs up! I called back and I talk with a guy name Ron, who tells me the something and that it was an error from Walmart and they were no going to honor the advertisement error! I said, how any of that was my fault? I took the time to order, pay, and now calling back because instead of sending me an email saying your order is cancel because the advertisement is wrong, they go ahead and mail me whatever they want hoping the customers will agree to keep whatever #4#(*&^ they want to mail customers!!!!

I am so upset with the lack of tact and genuine care for customers Walmart and Circuit City/Tiger Direct has for customers. Then Ron tells me, well if you don't want to do this, then contact Walmart. I said, why if you know well they cannot refund me because you are the seller! He tells me, " I was just trying to give you options"!!!! Really???? How about he was trying to get me off the phone and pass the problems to the next mediocre person/company!!!! I am so mad! Then I had to ask for them have their mail carrier to pick it up because I am not spending more TIME and GAS/Money dropping a package of items, I didnt order to begging with! Now, I am an unhappy customer and who cares? Nobody, but I will make sure I would never order any *&%$% from circuit city and of course spend my hard earned money with companies that can show a little more appreciation and concern about customer experience.

I received a $100 WALMART GIFT CARD for xmas from my sister purchased @ the state of MA store # 2903, I live in FL and use store #1702, and when I went to use it, it said 0 balance. Customer service ran the number and it said $100 was used in a Cali store #2177,which it wasn't! So there's either a glitch in the computer system, bad card, or stolen in house. The pin was not scratched. My customer service in FL told me to call corporate, so I did, the supervisor Stacey, told me to return it to the store purchased. I told her they are going to say the same thing my store said, its been used, which it hasn't. I am not happy with corporate customer service, and I called the store #2177, & they said call the police, for what, to file a report, that WONT GET MY $100 BACK? I have gotten the run around from customer services and no resolution, worse customer service ever! When I go online and put the card # in it says $100 used in Cali store, but when corporate switched me over to automated, and I put the card # in, it said card was invalid! I just want a new $100 card, this is ridiculous & a huge hassle! My sister called the store she bought it from and they still wouldnt issue refund, she also called corproate several times, NO resolution, no investigation, nothing, sorry your out $100 and its not our fault, they are supposed to stand behind their products! If you search online, this is happening to alot of people, getting RIPPED OFF BY WALMART GIFT CARDS! I WILL NEVER BUY ANY GIFTCARDS EVER AGAIN! TOO EASY FOR THIEVES TO SCAN & STEAL THEM OUT FROM UNDER YOU & NO STORE PROTECTION!

They didn't change me over and I was unable to get the web. I called and I was told,I have to wait until the next billing cycle and my next payment would be 40.88?or 40.82. I waited and now I have been told again I have to wait until the next billing cycle. It is so frustrating, giving us wrong informations and then erasing conversations that was recording because of their mistakes.

I place an order to arrive by Christmas Eve with Walmart and paid extra for fast shipping. I ordered several gift cards in the amount of $298.77 not including the extra shipping charges. They did not arrive. I have sent over 8 emails asking where they are and why they did not arrive as promised. For over three days I received not one response and when someone finally responded each one worse than the other.. They give me no satisfaction and long story short keeping my money and did not send the cards. This is theft and they need to refund my money as I have requested. There is no phone number to call and to me this is unheard of. I was left with no gift cards for Christmas and out the money as well. I cannot believe this large company has to stoop to such low and corupt practices now. I want my money back plus the shipping charges and for sure I will never order from Walmart.com again.

Walmart.com uses Plum Struck to fulfill certain internet orders. I purchased the Body Flex Body Rider Fan Indoor Cycling Bike at Walmart.com on 12-16-14 for $129.98 plus .99 shipping equalling $130.97. Within one day I found the identical item on Amazon.com for $89.99 with free shipping. Walmart.com advertises a price match within 7 days. I made my claim with Walmart.com Plum Struck on 12-17-14. They refuse to price match.

About ayear ago, I bought into this company for the cheap rates...At the time, it was $43+- with tax for unlimited talk, text & web. First you have to purchase a SIMS card at a Walmart store for $25+tax. You cannot buy them online. Set up seemd fairly easy, but when I began to have medical problems, my landline was my primary phone used. I called Family Mobile customer service, and asked them to downgrade my service to unlimited talk & text ONLY, as it was $10 cheaper, and my computer was all I needed at home..AND I had only used about 20 minutes of talk time for the last two months. The rep told me to pay $50.00, and they would email me a "decision" about the other $50 I allegedly owed. I had simply requested a downgrade in service. I NEVER received an email. I'm not attached to my cellphone with my umbilical cord, so I waited for the email for two months. Still nothing.

Two weeks ago I received a collection letter stating I owed another $50.00! I just called thier customer service, and the rep was so confused I had to ask for the supervisor. He told me that back in July they had sent me an email regarding the matter. First he told me that I was supposed to contact their service dept regarding the matter via email....Then his story changed, and he said Family Mobile had sent me an email.....While he was waiting, I searched my email account, no email from Walmart Family Mobile. I had him read the email that was "not sent", then "sent" to me, and it was a bunch of nonsense. I mentioned that their reviews were all ONE star for poor customer service. My number was given to another customer, I had NO contact from any customer service agent, and I ended up just paying the extra $50- so it wouldn't reflect on my credit. This company is a sloppy, greedy cell service. So $100 later, for all of maybe 20 minutes talk time, I will NOT be a customer again.

I bought Empire apples on two occations at Walmart. Both times I was charged $1.38 per apple. I should have been charged $1.37 per pound. So 2 apples that weighed about .4 pounds cost me $2.74 instead of about 50 cents. On the second visit I bought 4 and paid $5.48, when I should have paid about $1. I got ripped off by about $1 on each apple I bought. When I went to customer service they acted like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. They treated me like a criminal. They initially refused to admitt their mistake, and tried to blame "new people".

When a cashier rings produce they set it on the scale and enter the code for that particular item. The terminal then would add the weighed cost to your bill. Some produce, like limes, are sold on a simple quantity basis. When the cashier enters in the item code the terminal asks for a quantity.

he cashier enters the quantity, and it gets added to you bill based on how many you have.

The computer was set up wrong for this item. It is not the cashier's fault. It is the person that enters the item price into the system.

All customers who purchased apples while this error went unnoticed, got ripped off by a dollar for every apple they bought. Here in Western NY, at this time of year, apples are in season from local orchards. They are very good and popular. I'm sure Walmart made a killing on this "error" by "new people".

The management in this place does not kno policies. I was fired on 08/21 for extreme couponing in this store. Every meeting we had, we were told if the coupon scans we get our money back, so i had these juicy fruit coupons and they scanned and i got money back after i purchased regular priced items also. On the day i wss called onto the office in the last 10 mind on my shift, i was questioned like a criminal by the Ap officer after 30 mins he showed me the coupons i used and told me i was ripping off the company. He said yeah we get our money back from wrigleys plus the 8 cents. But what i did was unacceptable because i was an assoicate. I told him i was off the clock, it still didnt matter. So i had to FORCEFULLY pay back the money that i got from the coupons which was $16.20. So walmart made off like a bandit by taking my money and redeeming the coupons from the wrigley company

Walmart coupon policy:

corporate.walmart.com/coupon-policy

It does not state that associates can not extreme coupon shop

Last night my internet hotspot shut off. This is the 4rd-4th time this has done this in the 3-4 months Ive had it. It did NOT come back on again this morning, despite the hotspot and computer being shut off all night.

In the past, I have TRIED to "CHECK BALANCE" on the site. Rarely does this work, ever. This morning I tried again to "check balance" with NO ACCESS again.

SO, I tried to call 800 cs# to try and check balance. The first time it gave me a date in October, BUT NO INFO ON DATA AVAILABLE, then I was disconnected. I tried several different push the damn button options and was disconnected at least 4 times before I finally got a PHONE cs rep who then transferred me to hotspot cs. After a bunch of baloney, Iwas told I HAD DATA left on my plan. And, I'm sitting herewith my credit card in hand ready to renew, AGAIN, like in the past when I STILL HAD SERVICE. CS said she had to tweek something and go shut off hotspot. I climb out of bed and go get the hotspot, shut it off. Then she tells me to turn back on. after a couple minutes it works, and I'm PISSED.

1. There is NO easy way to be kept aware of how much "data" one has left before expiration.

2. Even afterbeing logged in with user/pw, to "CHECK BALANCE" it now asks that you enter "phone number" and last 4 serial #. Like I know that off the top of my head??????? ONCE i CLICK THAT "CHECK BALANCE" BUTTON, IT SHOULD GIVE ME THEINFO IMMEDIATELY. FURTHER, I shouldnt even have to "log in" to do this, there should be some sort of counter that either automatically shows or is enabled with 1 click access.

3. This nonsense has but ONE GOAL, and that is to FOOL ME, You, the Customer into thinking you are out of data and go buy more.

At least 4 times I have done this previously, and was about to do it again, again, my credit card was in my hand.

NOW, I'm pissed as hell and pretty damn certain that I have been ripped off of my data in those last 4-5 times I renewed.

So, WARNING, DONT TRUST THEM. Make SURE you find out what your data is before spending more $$$$. DON"T be a FOOL like me.

Oh, and she says, "you can just call and check customer service"...... over 30 min wasted on my 250 min month plan and disconnected over and over before FIGURING OUT how to get a live person from another contenant. FML.

I slipped and fell in the Clovis, California Wal-Mart.

The clear liquid I slipped on was cleaned up with paper towels before pictures could be taken but it's on video.

They sent my claim to their Claims Management company who claimed I lied about the liquid on the floor then back tracked and told me that the liquid wasn't on the floor long enough for them to get to it before I slipped on it so thus it was my fault.

The "supervising claims adjuster" was rude and kept telling me to shut up and and listen to her or she would close my case which she had already told me that it was closed. She stated that Wal-Mart was not responsible for my accident. She tried to blame it on another customer that was near me just beacuse she had 2 children but they didn't have any liquid containers. But still, according to her it was my fault that I got hurt.

CMI works for Wal-Mart so they will save Wal-mart money. They forget that Wal-mart will lose many customers over this type of treatment.

It's been a month now since I fell and I'm still in pain. According to the store assistant manager the night I fell "I didn't need to go to the hospital since I wasn't bleeding or bad enough in his opinion."

The CMI adjuster stated that I should have fallen backward. I didn't know that when you slip and fall your body should fall in the direction that the Claims Adjusters says it should.

The thing that makes me the maddest is how I was treated like a liar and a fraud but yet she kept changing her story why my case was denied and closed. She wasn't even my original adjuster' she was the adjusters supervisor.

The CMI adjuster kept making excusses for Wal-mart and telling me to shut up and listen to her and that it's closed and I have no case to fight.

My husband works in a hardware store that told him how that it was wrong of Wal-Mart and CMI to treat me like that and that it is Wal-Mart and CMI's responsiblity. Is there such a thing as a time limit that liquid has to be on the floor before a store will be responsible for a customer slipping on it and hurting themselves? I didn't put it there but I'm physically, emotionally and financially paying for their mistake!

DO NOT PURCHASE CELL PHONES FROM WAL MART OR STRAIGHT TALK. I purchased a Samsung Straight talk phone from Wal Mart in late May of 2014. The phone never worked right from day 1, and I had issues with being able to turn text auto fill off. This phone is useless to me. I phoned both Straight Talk and Wal Mart on 9-23-14, neither helped me with my problems. Wal Mart refused to refund my hard earned money or exchange my phone for one that worked. WAL MART WILL NOT STAND BEHIND PRODUCTS. RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered an HP laptop that is described on the website with a model number 15-1039wm for $249.00. Walmart sent me a laptop that looks different, doesn't have the same features and works like a piece of junk too. Get this, has the same model number on the bottom 15-1039wm, but totally different. No shiny front with hp logo on left side, mouse is off to left side and not centered, has a headphone jack only on right side, unlike this model described on the website which is supposed to have a headphone and microphone jack.

So I order one thing, and PAY FOR and receive another--some cheap version with the same model number--what's up with that?! A case of mistaken identity with the HP name slapped on it. Corporate communism--you take what we send you. Order french bread and get moldy rye. Then they tell me I can get a refund or wait because the one that was supposed to have been shipped out to me is suddenly out of stock.

Smells of consumer fraud. Now I have to deal with returning the piece of substandard junk that freezes up, won't type correctly while online and changes the screen size erratically--real bleepin' fun! Don't think it won't happen to you, because it will. The old adage, "if it's probably too good to be true then it probably is."

The Walmart brand (Great Value) 5 oz tuna can is misleading. While their competitors, Chicken of the Sea and Star-Kist show on their labels that the gross weight of the can is 5 oz, they also show that the drained weight after removing the water is 4 oz. That way, the consumer know how much they are purchasing. Walmart does not put the drained weight on their tuna cans. When I drained theWalmart brand can, i got 2 oz of water so I am only getting 3 oz of tuna from a 5 oz can. Apparently there is no requirement for Walmart to provide the drained weight, but it is clearly misleading and a ripoff since the Walmart prices are not that much lower than the competitors.

Went to Wal Mart today in Cave Creek, AZ. An assistant manager checked all our ad-match items and if one word on the product label didn't match the ad, she disallowed the discount. They use words like bone-in and assorted for meat, etc. All a savvy purchasing department has to do is scope all the local grocery store ads in the area and then change one or two words in their product labeling to be able to deny the ad-match. It's the old bait and switch scheme. In my opinion this borders on major fraud that is being committed millions of time per day around the country and the Feds should look into it.

A young girl whom was close with my children growing up called me on Tuesday May6th, 2014 and asked if i could help her out with some money for food for her 3 small children (under age of 5). She had a car repair and had no food for children and didn't get paid until friday. I was willing to send her 20 dollars ( all i can afford after paying my bills) She said that was fine, she could work with that until Friday.

Stupid me went to a Walmart in Fort Wayne, In (BIG MISTAKE) Usually go to M***** to do this, but wasn't close to one and was on a time crunch as I had a meeting that evening. I sent the money and then sent the ref number to her on the receipt.

She gets to the walmart in BROWNWOOD, TX and she can't get the money because her I.D. is expired. She calls me crying, the children are crying. She can't get the money.

So I call the 1-800 number on the receipt and speak with a gentleman ( you can tell he is not a walfart employee as he was friendly and helpful) He explained that with the small amount and as long as she has a picture I.D. even if expired and all the info..........sender's name, address, state it was sent from, phone number of sender.... money gram has no prob with the intendee getting the money.

But WALFART does!!!!! asked to speak with the girl at register, f****** Cee U Next Tuesday b**** wouldn't talk to me. SO had the mom ask for manager. Mom put me on speaker, I told manager what money gram said manager says WE HAVE OUR POLICY BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH............ your policy is to let babies starve.
