I would like to report Warranty Solutions they have ripped me off. I have a car that needed a belt repair and they gave me one estimate, the service center another estimate, and when we did our research they gave another estimate. I was also told that I could not have the managers name. I do not have faith is this company because once we started the research they went back and did some research and quoted another price. THis company is a true ripoff and it was only until I put my husband onthe phone did things change. The customer service is horrible they have a lot of training gap. One rep saying one thing and another saying something totally different. I want them to honor their word and stop giving the runaround.

Would not pay for repairs covered in the warranty.Said the warranty expired, which it did not.Call center refuses to work with myself or dealership.

I worked with a representative from the service department of Mercedes of North Olmsted in OH, They called Warranty Solutions for coverage on a transmission problem on 10/2/14. Warranty Solutions said the contract had expired due to being over 24,000 miles from coverage begin mileage. The service representative from Mercedes of North Olmsted working with Warrant Solutions said she was given a hard time and every time she called they gave her a different person in the call center and would not look at the claim, just kept automatically denying it. This was incorrect. The work was done on 10/3/14 and I paid out of my pocket.

Additional transmission work was needed on 10/3/14. The financial manager at Mercedes of North Olmsted cleared up the mileage issue on 10/6/14. and the Warranty Solutions contract was not expired. The additional work was submitted for claim with Warranty Solutions and automatically denied on 10/8/14. It was resubmitted, a warranty solutions representative physically came to the service location at Mercedes of North Olmsted and approved the claim 10/9/14. The additional work was done and covered 10/13/14.

On 10/8/14 the Mercedes of North Olmsted service manager contacted Sally from Warranty Solutions to resubmit the claim for the work done on 10/3/14. She said she would look into it and contact him back. She did not do so. Many times he called back and spoke to someone else in the call center. No one would connect him the Sally. He was given a hard time and could not get anywhere with other representatives. I had my fiance call Warranty Solutions several times on 10/16/14. He could not reach Sally, nor would any other representative re examine the claim. The call center gave him the run around, were rude, and uncooperative. Today, on 10/17/14 I have sent a message through the Warranty Solutions website at warrantysolutions.com/b2b/publicjsp/public_home.jsp to discuss this with them.

Dealer sells extended warranty and claims you can get full refund if you don't use it. You can also cancel the warranty at anytime for full refund. My warranty contract, and no paper work I have says they will do a prorated amount. Nor did they disclose how they get to that prorated amount. Over a $1000 in under a year.

I went to the dealer where I bought car 10 months earlier, as told by wells Fargo. Brought extended service contract back to dealer with all contract paper work. I also paid cash for warranty. Well they mailed me a check $2,006.00. I paid $3225.00 10 months prior. They tried to tell me I lost paper work, even tho I had signed copy.
