I have put money into this game monthly. I have played on classwars twice. Both times i got the wrong payouts. Not to mention the fact that i lost items that i previously had. Now my account is locked because i tried filing a complaint, and getting the situation handled. I would like something done. I know tons of people have been ripped off by this company. I will have them submit as well. For times they paid and recieved nothing like myself.
I went to log on to my account and there was a screen that when i tried to close it it kept looping. Finaully i was able to file a ticket only to get one response. Then after adding to the ticket only to get ignored.. finaully through soemone else a friend they gave me a email to contact which i did. They got back to me and told me they gave me services and i owe them money. Howefver i pay ever month for VIP service... so im very confused and cannt get anywhere with them.
