I placed an order for 15 charms. When I received them, there was no blackening of the letters. So it wasn't easy to see the imprinted letters, like in the photo on the watchus website.
I sent an email inquiring about the missing blackened letters on 12/1/14 and never got a response. So I called them on 12/5/2014. Very unprofessional. Didn't even answer the phone like it was a company. I explained the issue and the guy who answered the phone didn't talk to me, but was saying to someone else in the room "she's complaining that there's no dark lettering on the charms" I wasn't complaining, just merely asking if I had ordered the wrong item, since these clearly were different than the photo. Plus I had ordered them many times before, which ALL had the blackened letters.
A woman got on the phone and proceeded to talk manufacturing lingo.
And how I was getting a much better product. And in all her 25 years of selling, she's never once had any complaints. She was bothered that I called. I explained I don't need to understand the manufacturing process, just how do I get the charms I paid for? With the blackened letters like I had received before? She said she no longer carries them and that the photo doesn't represent what she has in stock any more. She then said " I'm a theif, I took your money"
She then said to someone in the room, "take the picture down"...which will help others, but how is it right she sells me the wrong item?
I've never called a customer service line before and had that kind of unprofessional response.
I was truly shocked. Especially because she admitted sending me something other than what I ordered. And had the audacity to act like I was being difficult.
Buy at your own risk. And if you do have any issues with any of their products, I hope you don't have to contact them and be treated as unfairly as I was. It's just sad how customer service has gone done hill. Not just here at watchus, but everywhere.
As a store owner myself, I'm appalled that sellers like this exist. I would NEVER treat any of my customers so offensively.
