This summer (2014) I ordered items from Weapons-Universe.com and never received it -- Money was taken out of my account immediately when I ordered. I emailed Weapons Universe over 50 times, but I received no reply. Everytime I called them only an answering machine answered. I never got a call back from them.
Today I was told by a similar company that Weapons Universe is not a legitimate company, and that they tipically do not respond to their customers who they ripoff.
I placed an order with Weapons Universe on Feb 22nd of 2015 for $86.05. I waited two months before calling to get an update on the status of my order. I left a message with my name , phone number, and order number. I didn't receive a call back and the number is disconnected now. I also emailed them to no avail. Help!
I think it needs to be known and people warned to not buy from this company. They will NEVER get their product. People will lose for these weapons (swords, brass knuckles and more). Please stop Weapons Universe Corp. before they continue to scam people out of their moeny. I don't make much money and I bought a product online for my son, which I don't do. I knew I should have not done that, now I have been trying to find a way to make up for his birthday.... plus I should have read others complaints. Do Not Buy people, please.
I ordered a product from weapons universe on 12 mar 2015; received email from dragon's armory corp confirming my order-it's their aka. Shipping estimate was 4-12 days. 10 days into it i emailed company to check on my order-no reply. Next day i called them and left message-no reply. I emailed them again as well as their aka web presence, dragon's armory corp Dragons-armory.com). I did not receive reply from either. I never received product so called my credit card company to file a claim. They were unable to contact the seller so reversed the charges back into my account.
Here's my best guess. This company is set up only to launder money. They funnel money from some other illicit business, which makes the money seem legitimate when transferring it into their bank account. For those who fall for ordering through their website, they probably have reversals of charges most of the time. For those who mail them money orders or who just forget about a small order that is never shipped, or who give up on trying to contact them, its just extra money for them.
There are other companies with the same products who deliver the products ordered.
Same as the rest, scam website. Actually did a google search of address. It's a ups store. Googled the phone # and several websites with different names came up. Big scam!!!!

Its simple I purchased a knife three weeks ago and they just say its in the mail. Wont give me a tracking number so I feel I was ripped off.
This company ripped you off don't buy from them they charge your credit card company and never send the product....
