They called and said i was approved for $8 thousand, when i called they asked for $640, then they said i needed to get an insurance on the funds so they asked for $820, they said i would get it in 3-4 hours. Then they called and said they needed anothe $700 cause i needed to pay the full amount of the insurance. I told them to forget it, and they needed to reimburse the funds i had already given. I was told i would get it back in 14-30 days, as certified mail. This was in October, i havent seen anything as of yet. Tried calling and now the message is for a different company!!!!
This company takes an application. Calls you and states that they have a lender for you. Then states the collateral or deposit requirement the lender wants. You agree and sign papers. Then you are sprung with an insurance policy to buy that's required. Then you have conversion fees and closing costs. You finally make all the required things and then are told to call back in an hour and suddenly all the direct extensions you had been using to reach people no longer work. Buoy get anrecordingbafter you enter the extension that you used for weeks to reach your agent that the number wasn't recognized and tinted your call again and you are hung up on.
I have sent emails to everyone I dealt with and faces addressed to them as well threatening legal action. If I do not have satisfaction by tomorrow I am filing a lawsuit in my local courts for them to have to answer to.
Also, all the "positive" reviews on manta.com are fraudulent. If you take each of those names and send them an email @wentworthreferrals.com they are accepted and do not rebound. I will be adding all those names here befire they are taken down so all of us that have been ripped off can also name them in our lawsuits.

I was ripped off by them too. They no longer have the website and their 855 number is disconnected. Do you really think they use their real name? They got me good though. I called the FBI and Western Union. Heard nothing from them. These people will be back just with a new name. Good luck
I applied through them a personal loan and i sent money through western union like a dummy and now i cant get ahold of anyone and then some lady called and said i have to send more money to receive the loan. They are ascam. Do not believe anything they say. The are on Manta.com and they are scamming them. They have have not heard the last of me. Wentworth referrals is a huge scam.
