Beware of West Asset Management a scam collections company
This company makes over five million calls per month to harassment people about credit debts. They called me daily and on & on without stopping. They're staff are extremely rude as all they want is your money. I tried to call them and they hung up the phone on me, they didn't give a dam and with your credit report, they will mark allover it without your authorization.
When I tried to settle with West Asset Management, they debited funds out of my bank and refused to give me a receipt. They refused to send any form of receipt and they asked I signed a form so I would approve the funds without anything saying settlement paid in full, they refused. I paid this company and now I am going have to file this as fraud with my bank because they refuse to send me any receipt. Meaning if I sign anything, they can collect even more as I would allow them to continue to collect without a settlement on any letter head. With no receipt of payment nor a letter head with settlement, why should I sign a form? It is scam, a complete scam.
Beware of this method; also beware of using Western Union as Western Union does not insure any transfer. Western Union does not insure your money when you send it, E-Bay has tons of West Union fraud as sellers can use fake names with fake identifications at any Western Union location where to pick up the funds. West Asset Management uses Western Union (and Western Union fees are a rip-off), please do not accept this form of payment. You could lose all of your money and they will not give you a receipt either.
Don't get rip-off from West Asset Management, this is a bad collection company as they have been harassing me for 2 years on a disputed hospital where the hospital denied me the right to dispute the bill in the first. West Asset Management bought the account from Sun Rise Medical Hospital in Las Vegas (with is owned by Blue Cross) where I do not authorized them to put the account to collections but they do so anyway.
