I purchased a vehicle from this company and signed a contract on the 2nd of July. After we have left on the 2nd of July nothing happened. On the 7th of July he called asking for more documents and paperwork. He did this everyday for three days. He called sometime more that 10 times per hour. On the third day I re-read my contract and I did not have to supply anything more than I already have and told him that. He got very upset with me and started to yell and threaten me. I let him know that he would receive the payment when the payment was due on the 16th of august and I would uphold my agreement to the contract. On the 13th of July I walked outside and my vehicle was gone. This was on a Sunday morning I immediately called the police and they told me it was repossessed. I had to wait to Monday to call anybody. I called the lender on Monday and they told me that they don't have a contract with me and they did not repossess the vehicle. That the agreement was between myself and Westgate auto sales. I called John Moroni owner of this establishment and he stated to me that he repossessed it based on me not having full coverage insurance(which I did). He would not let me produce this document to him. He then proceeded to tell me the only way to get the vehicle back was to pay 7000.00 in cash or cashier check or he would sell it at auction in 21 days. I have abided by my contract 100%. He is also holding my stuff hostage in the vehicle. he says he will only give it back if I give him the keys. I went in the 15th of July to his office to show him and he would not let me show him the proof of documentation and told me t get a lawyer and get out of his office.
