I was introduced to Jay Harbrige of Wheel Protect U in May of 2013. He came highly recommended as a consigner of Motorhomes. I paid Jay $5000.00 (his fee) to consign/sell my RV. In the first few months he sent requent emails, calls, and text messages regarding potential buyers. After having the RV in his possession for a year and not selling it. He informed me he didnt think he would be able to sell it. In July 2014 I started making arraignments to have the RV picked up. He informed he would be returning my $5000.00 consignment fee since he was not able to fulfill his job of selling it. The RV was picked up August 2014. I emailed Jay August 11, 2014 requesting my refund. My last communication from Jay was an email dated August 12, 2014 he stated "I have had some setbacks this year financially, I will get it figured out as quickly as I can and get it refunded."
This is April 2015 and I have never heard back from Jay and I have NOT received the $5000.00 refund.
