After years of leasing my home, the mortgage company that owns the home decided to sell to another investor. Normally, this would not affect the tenets except if the new owner wishes to raise the rent upon lease renewal. However, by Florida state law the tenets are obligated to allow the property management company to show the home. This is where White Diamond realty comes into the mix. They have an obligation to screen all perspective buyers. Well, wouldn't you know it they never screened a single client, sending them to my house at random. It was only a matter of time til a group of illicit characters came posing a real estate agent and two investors, but it didn't take me long to realize that they were only there to case my house. Enough said, you can imagine how invaded my family felt. White Diamond would take no responsibility and in the end, after years of loyal leasing and never being late on my rent, but rather early they refused to give me a reference to a new home. I left paid in full at the end of my lease, but just refused to renew because my family did no longer feel safe living in that home. The irony of it all is the next home we went to go look into moving into still had a tenet living out the end of there lease. The only way we were allowed to be shown the house they would have to run our ID's, and have a background check.Now that is taking care of your tenets welfare! !!!!
