The company is a complete rip off. I was sold a pay per call program but was provided a pay per click program. I was very specific from the biggining that I only wanted pay per call. They achnowleded setting up the program incorrectly but refused to refund me the $675 in click costs that reulted in zero calls. Now no one calls me back. I wish I have read the on-line reviews before getting started with this company. They have great sales people who are liars and thieves. Save your money and stay away from this company. I was solicited by this company to advertise my vacation rental. I paid the $99 set up fee + the $200 monthly fee and was told that I would have my Inn at the top of the page on desktop computer, mobile phones and tablets. Once I received a call that my ad went live, I went searching for what I thought was going to pop right up. I was a the top of the page on the desktop for about 4 hours, nothing on my mobile device or tablet, after that 4 hour time period, never to be seen again on my desktop.
Just as reported by another complaintant, no calls were returned, only once I followed up with a fax stating that I was doing a chargeback to my credit card company did Mr. Browning bother to respond stating I just became aware of this issue but now that you are doing a chargeback, there is nothing I can do. Let me further warn you, its in their best interest not to respond as they will try to get another month @ $200 out of you. They will make you wonder how your business could have survived with out them.
They are hitting it hard too. I have several vacation rentals, without even realizing it, they called me again. Wish I would have googled their name instead and read back to them what I found about them. I knew better too, but live and learn. Please do not make the mistake I made!

I explained that I was a Realtor and need to get leads to build a client portfolio and I told the sales man that I am very hesitant because of my experience with other company.
He assured me that they were certified Google company and they were different because they specialise with advertising and build web sites for Realtors.
I requested that they show me a web site and campaign advertising for Google that they done and he did, but I found out later that was a lie it was not affilliated with them.
I signede up for Google ad campaign, web site built and sign an agreement for 10 pages, IDX, Domain names and much more.
I was told the web site cost was $700.00 and domain names $100.00 AD Campaign $240.00 monthly.
I worked with their consultant and forward what they needed to get the job done, but after several months of waiting the Advertising was no where on the internet, never receive any Domain name which they said was live and the web site thy started building which I provide the informations was the only things that were on the unprfessional site by copying my fusion MLS aite.
I send them numerous Email that what was done is illegal with the real estate compliance regarding properrties they copy from other realtor sites, which I would be accountable for, so I requested that they remove the contents.
Before I sign with them I asked if they would have the properties for my customer to view by using IDX and virtual tours and was told they were the expert to handle that.
After they send me the web site to review there was no virtual tours, no IDX and only 4 pages of nothing for my customers to view.
I send an email to cancel because I realise they were fraud because they did not know what they were doing and they threantened me that they are not going to reimburse my money and when I told them that I will report them to my bank because I use my ATM Card, they told me to do what ever but they were only going to reimburse me for less.
After looking at my bank statement they withdrew a lot more than the invoice I was sent.
They are a RIP-OFF and need to be stop.
I am on a fix income as a senior and in order to pay my bills I went into Real Estate to supplement my income, they ripped me off over $1,600.00 and the bank tried to recover my money but they refuse.
I have no web site because they should have contacted the Real Estate Department to get approval to put IDX on the site and they are not register with the boards, they did nothing but steal my money.
Please help me to recover my money I am a decent senior citizen and the Government need to protect the consumers from other countries from using the Internet to prey on innocent people.
I am begging that the Attorney General to act on taking action and remove this company from the Internet.

I will try and forward this info to Google, as the WIS people claim to be partnered with Google.
Once again, these people are likely at best SCAMMERS, at worst incompetent liars.
So they called me pitched me to put me on the first page of google i said ok made an add with "stacy" first 2 days i was seen on google but not during peek time after the 6th day i was no where to be found on google i called "stacy" a few times no anser so i emailed her still no answer so i called there customer care and got some one on the phone tried making a few changes to my add to add my phone # and address they told me it takes 48 hours its been two weeks later and no one has changed anything!!!! every time i called they would tell me i have so much views and traffic on my site which wasn't true i have google insight and i can see how many people view my site.
