looks like an usa company, but when you pay for the wig through paypal you see they are in china. wave your money goodbye. if you file a complaint with paypal, AlisonLee <[email protected]> what your to drop the claim and then they will send you the wig. lol like who are they kidding they didn't send it in the first place. i paid for the wig now they don't want me to complain and they will send it to me (not a good blackmail position on their part). so my money is gone, but i will make it my point to spread the word fake chinese scammer. im sure they will just shut down this site and start a new one. if the price it too good to be true then it is, and if it's a chinese company without an usa office 99.9% its a scammer
On their website I bought 3 human hair wigs, paid US$164.00 and they sent me underware, 3 pair of underware. I was going to file a complain but their webite www.wigs800.com does not let me, there is no option for return address, to ask anything, if you click on it there is this Whoops........... coming in to say giving an option to call a number which is non existent, other wise you can not do anything. They pocketed the money and now they lough on me thinking I can't do anything, they sent me an email, that next time they will be more careful with shipping. They operating the same way a few more webaddresses, bestwigsau.com., www.loverscustom.com, www.hairwigsell.com. All of these website originated in China, they using a USA web address, they collecting the orders for China manufacturers it's all looks legit but the moment you want to ask something following website details there is not one thing is real. No address to return goods, no legit phone number to call, the only instraction you can click on is where to send the money and how. Their delivery date is false, return the goods there is no option. They ripping off customers all over the world, sending underware instead of what you ordered and getting away with it. Please check their website out, the only website is legitimate is wigs800.com all the others are not registered, but being used to collect orders and money from the unsuspecting clients.
