All I did was do an online survay for Wallmark and at end of survey you could pick a product to pick from for 4.95 shipping. I did not see any contract of agreeing to to this offer. this is the receied I received

When I was offered a free gift from a pop up window on progressive insurance. I chose the wildfire electronic cigarettes all I had to do was pay the shipping cost. After 14 days later I was charged 109 bucks. I was not emailed ,texted, our called before this was done if I new that I would have to pay for a free gift I would have never picked this product. This was not a free product it was a fourteen day trial offer. I feel this was a way the wildfire company to make people to take the free offer but free means free not a trial offer now they are going to start taking 69 bucks out of my account for refills every month contacting them is not easy has anyone else gotten ripped off like I did from wildfire e-cigerrette.

Received an email telling me that I qualified to win a prize and only had to pay $4.95 for shipping. It was for for a kit of 3-cigarettes. I received the kit, which I did not care for. Then, I received another shipment of cartridges that I did not order and my credit card was charged $69.94. I tried to call the company, but could get not answer. I sent back this shipment with a letter saying that I had not received or signed any contract for this purpose and requested a refund. Again, no response. Then I received a second shipment and was charged another $69.94. I am still trying to communicate via telephone and have called my credit card company to stop charges. This is evidently another scam and it is very serious to me, as they are taking money that I have not authorized and will not make themselves available to communication person to person. It was offered as a gift, but it is not a gift.

Same as everyone. Was told it was free for taking my walgreens survey. Pay shipping only. Cant prove the original terms. Was convinced i was reciving it as a gift just pay shipping. Never saw one thing about a 14 day trial period. Now they are robbing us for 109.67 + an aditional 69 some that apparently is going continue ? Terms changed. Total scam. I have been conned by these people.

I took a survey and was told to pick a prize which i picked wildfire ecig for $4.95. a couple of weeks later i found out they took $109.00 from my bank account. there was nothing that said i was subscribing to anything and i d**n sure wouldnt have paid 109 had i been told. Why would someone want to ripoff a hard working person just trying to get by.

WILDFIRE VAPOR

Well this outfit got me also. I got the ecig free one then a $4.95 S&H fee. That went ok however then later on they charged my Credit Card twice more for 2 small box's of re fills for $69.94 and then another time for $109.67. Called their toll free

numbers and got some guy answered told me they would re fund immediately. Waited till the next day no refunds so I

reported them to my credit card company. I do not use this credit card very much and do use it for all on line shopping etc.

Since I do not use my checking account for anything on line. I would bet $$ on it that this outfit would keep up this fraud

had I not caught it and kept using it every month or so for ever. Now there is not much available for any help from any law

enforcement agencies as I did report once to some outfit over another scam 6 years ago and nope they did nothing. The banks look at it all more as a cost of doing biz now so here we are and a lot of new crime going on without them ever being investigated much less prosecuted. Then to look a bit deeper into it all. We are still left holding the bag and paying for it all

since the credit card companies mark it all off as a cost of doing biz and sure nuff by their higher interest rates we end up getting stuck for it all sooner or later. The only winners are the scammers and credit card companies.

Well, first I received an email telling me I qualified to win a prize and that I could get an e-cig kit for only the price of shipping, $7.99. I figured I'm trying to quit, so why not? I pay the shipping...pklus extra to be shipped quickly and lo and behold, I get this neat looking little electric cigarette and I tell you, it was so nasty that I gave it to my neighbor who, in turn, through it in the trash. Today I get a letter from my bank that I'm overdrawn because the company that sent me the free ecig kit to try, decided to debit my bank account for another $109 and some change! I am really pissed because there was no where in that add that said there would be an additional cost...I know because I checked and wouldn't have ordered it had there been any additional cost! I am not stupid and have ordered online for years...make sure everyone knows about this ripoff, please! Thank you.

I ordered a sample of ecigrettes from this company for $4.95. I never asked for any additional product be sent to me and now they are charging my account $ 109.67 a month for additional refills for which I did not ask for and never recieved.

I have been trying to call them at 888-382-1377 and they send you to an operator for help and they then tell you no one is available to answer your call and leave a message and they will call you back. In the meantime time is passing and I want to cancel this ripoff but cannot get through to them.

I am going to call my bank to see if I can have any additional charges from them stopped but I want a refund for the additional $109.67 they charged my account.

I was on ebay and it started out as Ebay wants you to take a survey. So I did and it said as a thank you I would get to choose from a list of FREE gifts all I had to do is pay for shipping. So I sent out my order in. The Site never claimed it as it was a subscription. Just a free Gift. So I got the E-Cig and I thought that was that. 14 Days later they , not authorized, debited $109.67 from my account. I was like what is this. Since they never sent me anything as far as subcription information not 1 email or anything. I searched down this site. I found the contact informantion (Phone number) and I called immediately. I got an answering system run around on to here Leave a Message and they will get back to me. I left Message and I got no return message. I realized this company is just trying to SCAM people into some kind of subscription and will Ignore any thing you will say. I've already filed a complaint to the FTC and other places. THe likelyhood of getting my money back is 0. These scam artists obivously I plan on suing them if some lawyer thinks its worth shutting them down. Right Now I will keep filing complaints with as consumer protection agencies their are. You want my money I will file a complain to as many agencies there are. FRAUD ARTISTS is all they are. It businesses like these keep this site alive.

Received an anonymous email telling me that I qualified to win a prize and for $4.95 shipping only, I would receive a starter kit of e-cigarettes. After about two weeks I found that my bank account was debited $109.67 for 5 refill cartridges. I callec customer service and was only able to leave a message, could not talk to a real person. I sent email and recieved two pages of terms and conditions that I never saw before and they claimed I agreed to them. An outright lie since I was never given the opportunity to view them or if I had, I would never have subscribed to this. To my knowledge, this was supposed to be a ne-time $4.95 purchase.
